Started well faded end of first half was it a pen seen them given but seemed harsh. Smithies pulled off three great saves second half they battered us. Smith should have scored but put in wide. Good atmosphere in the ground good to see it nearly full. What a nice moment bringing the 81 year old former player forgot his name back ..the forever r s club doing great work.

Conundrum at the moment, need a defensive formation against an attacking team but in a defensive formation we have less than no chance of scoring.

Not sure I see any progress this year. Could be drifting into a crisis if we are not careful.

Referee cost us the match this afternoon - a very poor performance by Attwell

Best afternoon for a while at SM! Just don’t get that having won 4-1 and played well. By the end of the game the ground is half empty? Where the f@ck do all those people have to be at 3:15 on a Sunday afternoon? What happened to staying and clapping your team at the end of a game..especially when they’ve put in a good performance? Just finished watching the end of HuddersfieldvCity. Lost 2-1 and not one person had left their seat. Perhaps our fans should take note. Only plus side was the 82minute leavers stayed until about 87 mins. On the pitch thought Hokberg was immense!! Let’s see if he starts the next game?

I said weeks ago, give Charlie a start. He knows where the goal is! Great game and glad to see Hojbjerg recover from his error that nearly led to an Everton opener on 15 minutes to give the best performance I have seen him give. He and Charlie MUST start in the week. Feeling optimistic today about our chances of 4 points in the next 7 days.

What a difference a week makes, I know loads will say it was against a sh**e Everton team, but you can only beat what’s in front of you and we did it in style as well. Hojgberg was immense in the middle, putting in some crunching tackles and Boufall showed what a lot of us know he is capable off, worth the viewing on its own, plenty of showboating 😊. Austin as well put away 2 quality headers, Gabbiadini must be gutted that he never got on. Is it a coincidence that Bertrand offered more of a threat without Redmond on the pitch??? Waited nearly a year for this and now buzzing, though not getting carried away.

Where did that come from? Different style of play and suddenly we look like a footballing side. Secret: move the ball quickly, find space and run into it and one touch passing. Hope it is more than a one-off golden moment. Should help their morale heading up to the Etihad.
