aceofthebase added 16:29 - Apr 27 LostBoys added 22:02 - Apr 27 Pretty awful stuff as the defence except Clyne struggled to deal with the West Brom attack. Below par performances by most of the team except for Schneiderlin, Davis and Clyne. I do not eant to single anyone out or debate the Ramirez sending off after being fouled by Long three times but Fox and lallana were both piss poor. Lallana seems to have lost his form completely. LostBoys added 22:06 - Apr 27 I forgot - if you have had a really crap game and have been pulled please dont go on the radio and tell us how disappointed you are - there were 28,000 Saints fans more disappointed than you. ugliest added 23:44 - Apr 27 winchesterbob added 13:22 - Apr 28 WBA came with a good plan and gave us a lesson in defending and attacking. MoPo had no plan to cope or counter. Apart from that completely agree with LostBoys. RonisRs added 18:42 - Apr 28 Barton's comment on Twitter about JB sums it up, lets hope he and the other slackers are out of there come summer clearance time. smegma added 19:27 - Apr 28 I cannot believe after 12 votes there are 6 or 7 players on 5+++. Traore was our best player on 6, followed by Hill and Green on 6 also. The rest ?? 4 maximum with Jenas/Betty on minus scores. Today is the 40th anniversary of my first game ( we got promoted !!) and never in 4 decades have I witnessed such an insipid, couldn't care less attitude. I hope they all f*ck off bar Remy & Hill. W10Lad added 19:57 - Apr 28 The facts about Bosingwa laughing in the tunnel are immaterial. He exemplifies the lack of effort and interest but he's not alone. The responsibility really rests with Hughes, who brought in a bunch of mercenaries that just took the money and ran. Unpopular though this comment will seem, the fans who constantly moan and barrack players have had a part to play. As abject as the performance against Stoke was it was wonderful to hear the Loft singing with support and pride. I wish I could say the same for all the fans. We haven't been that smart but I do believe the owners have a plan - we should get behind it (even though it may not be obvious) and the team. Up the Rs! I'd love to shove that up Hughes and his meticulous planning. probbo added 20:59 - Apr 28 Now that we have succumbed to the inevitable, i'm looking forward to next season. Hopefully the Club/Redknapp will have success offloading some/all these underachieving prima donnas and get some young blood in who can both play and are prepared to die for the cause. It may take a season or two and there may be further pain along the way but hopefully we'll get there and come back stronger for the experience. I curse Hughes for everything he did to our Club but we need to look to the future and move on. harrapuk added 21:09 - Apr 28 Thank goodness for Spurs late equaliser at Wigan. Next 2 matches look very difficult so could still all go to the last day.
