Very evenly matched game....heartbroken for Cork. We truly missed him....arguably the first 30 mins with him on was when we felt most comfortable....I hate the fact that soo many players are getting hurt...we deserved the point but unlucky to not get it.

Defense was solid even with Yoshida in who played great. Up until the end when we got overpowered by the lack of midfield.

Midfield....well everyone got injured except Wanyama and Davis....this is going to be a tough stretch for our midfield.

Forward. Tadic had a better game....Long was amazing! Mane underwhelmed....he needs to stop flaunting and just play the game. Pelle missed an open shot which he should have scored....Mayuka needs to go...he is not a top quality player honestly....he just makes me think we need Jay Rod even more.

Post match thoughts....I think we need to keep Gaston Ramirez...to add to our depth when he comes back from loan next season. I think we need to keep Jay Rodriguez as well. We need to buy another Central midfielder and we need to buy a back up outside back. We need to try and keep Bertrand and Toby as well. All we need is depth. And we can survive tough stretches like this. We can't lose against Manchester United or we can kiss our top 4 credentials goodbye....we need to at least tie to bring the confidence in the players back up.

two championships teams battling it out in the Championship....on no I mean the Premiership. Poor quality lots of missed passes from us but a lucky deflection and a great second goal secured the match
I see potential we just need a bit more consistency Green and Dunne were outstanding and made the difference but we need to improve if we are going ot stay

We dominate most of the game 1 goal from 15 and Man Utd 2 goals from 2. We gotta finish

Bad mistake by Fonte...pretty sure he's well aware that he messed up bug time. Otherwise the defense was decent. You can tell that the chemistry with Fonte and Alderwiereld is better than Fonte and Yoshida but that just comes with experience....Notice how we have let in 6 goals without him at back....thats half of out total goals against...and those all happened these past 3 games....anyways..solid with the 4 besides that...I think Gardos should play more tbh

Midfield was Great Hesketh was actually a great sub..MILES better than Mayuka.

Forward....Soo happy Graziano Scored! he really needed something to build off from Tadic was better. Finally Mane is getting jaded. I feel like he hasn't matured as a player yet...He has immense skill and Immense talent but I feel like since he has came he feels like he doesn't have much to prove. No hunger. But I think when Jay Rod gets back he will challange for a spot and then we will see that competition and hunger from the players.

All in all, We lost the game ourselves. It will feel humbling. Either we will come back against Burnley in full force or there will be not much confidence. Hopefully we are back at full force.

Very disappointed with result and gifting another goal like at Villa. Yoshida's best game this season. Hope Toby back on Saturday to partner Wanyama so that Davis can move forward. Thought Hesketh had good debut. So some positives but disappointed we did not win against a very poor United side who were there for the taking. Surely we have more self belief after such a good start to the season.

Woefull..

Hard to think of a positive from this performance. Probably Hesketh for the first 20 mins. That's about it. Only for 5 or 10 mins after the penalty miss did we look to get amongst them and threaten anything.

Need to pick ourselves up fast for Tuesday. Lose that one and I think our confidence will be rock bottom with a tough run of ages to come. It's time to roll up the sleeves and fight !

This has to be the worst yet, why we start Mane who has done nothing to justify Millions spent on him baffles me.And Tadic
has been a shadow of his self these last few games.
Another bad mistake cost us AGAIN,the penalty miss well what can you say that happens, although we got spoiled with Lambert and Tiss....
