What a relief. Thoroughly deserved. All the players worked really hard. We will only get better further, under Harry. We have given ourselves a chance after this.

I haven't yet seen the goals against Rochdale and if I'm being honest I don't want to.

I'm from Bristol and travelling up north next Thursday and fully intend to watch the match against Cheltenham. I fully understand the frustrations of all the fans but I do feel it's important to support the side.

Infact, I've got an idea that might help Mr Coleman and no it's not to tell him to hand in his resignation but simply this: why don't you give the players your half time team talk before the start of the match. It seems to me that Rochdale do not start playing until the second half begins.

Rochdale have always been my main team, as for me I'm from Bristol and my second team is the Rovers. I mention this as you may see a very distraught fan wandering in a complete daze if Rochdale lose and Barnet win on Friday.

Hope springs eternal. Note that non-hacker Bosingwa was not even on bench! It's made for a surreal weekend.....a Win....not sure I know how to handle it? But I am doing. Good old Arry. Still far to go yet though.

Whew! I turned to my mate at the end of the match & commented that this had been our Cup Final & Harry has echoed this feeling. Our best performance this season and at last we have a Manager who knows about players and how to get them doing their best. He has been in charge for only 4 games & already he has funadmentaly changed Adeles positioning and his role. Hey presto! He is once again the exciting and creative player we saw in the Championship. I wish to hell that Hughes had gone 4 games earlier as then we would maybe not be spending the rest of the season in a state of nervous tension.

Oh dear

How different to last week was that?

So much sloppy passing. Granero just didn't want to be there. Ferdinand showed how poor he is too. Cisse is so off form and Adel made as many sloppy passes as good ones. Green is still a disaster waiting to happen

And as usual once we got within 20 yards of goal we were toothless

As usual Nelsen was a pillar of strength. MOM!

Yes the conditions were awful and for 80 mins we contained them but we never ever looked like scoring a goal. A fair result at the end

Last weeks team had better turn up against WBA or we are in trouble

Not much to be encouraged about after another sub-standard display, defended Ok at times but failed to hold the ball in the middle and I dont think we were able to really worry Tim Krul at all. Nelsen is the most consistant performer in the team and Mbia puts in a decent effort but the rest are not showing enough to play league one. The reasons for playing Granero and Ferdinand are not obvious but the reasons to move them on in january are, along with Bosingwa, Cisse and Park if anyone will take them.

We were really poor today against an even poorer side who tactically outmanoeuvred us. Very disappointing

My first live game of the season. Finally got to see a different point of view on a game than having to rely on shoddy internet streams and biased MOTD highlights.

Thought the game overall was extremely poor. The Championship game between both sides in 2009 which I was also at, offered a better 90 minutes of quality than the dribble we saw yesterday.

You can tell both sides lacked confidence.

I thought Nelsen and Hill had Pappiss Cisse in their pockets. It was only when Ameobi came on in 2nd half that the game had some life to it.

Fabio got turned easily too many times, but also made 3 important challenges, one superbly in the first half to prevent a one-on-one with Green.

Mackie's workrate was superb as always and Mbia provided a good link in deep midfield. He did try and get us to keep the ball at times, but our transitional play into the final third was abysmal.

I don't remember us having a shot on target other than Taraabt's free kick in the last minute.

When we did attack, everyone made bad decision after bad decision.

Mackie did his best to lead the forward line after Cisse went off for us but we could really do with a bigger man up front. Like a Peter Crouch or a Kenwyn Jones for example.

As poor as we were, I thought Newcastle were pretty bad themselves and if it wasn't for Ameboi, this game would've been 0-0 regardless of how long was played.

Can only think 'Arry is waiting for January to make some neccessary signings this team needs. We need a solid spine. Personally, I'd love Chris Samba or Michael Dawson for defence, Crouch for up front with also DJ Campbell getting another chance too.

This team leaves its mojo behind every time it gets on the train. When we had possession in good areas we either gave the ball away, went stupidly offside, or else for no apparent reason passed it back and lost all momentum. Atrocious passing. Thought we would eke out an ugly draw mainly courtesy of Nelsen, but did not deserve it, frankly.

I can't argue with any of the points made. In the defensive third we battled hard (and rode our luck) . In the middle third were poor and the top hird was pitiful. Clearly a single goal conceded costs at least 2points and more often three.

The task ahead appears much more difficult than it did a week ago. Not because we dropped another three points, more the off field dramas that are becoming more public and certainly very divisive. Harry and a number of his charges are on a collision course.

Reading Wigan and Southampton face the same challenges but appear to be far more together than the R's. With the possible exception of Guthry at Reading, they are behind their managers. I think Harry has lost a number of the players (not a criticism) and will need to ring the changes in January if we are not to get more of the same. In closing I honestly believe Harry and his management team are the right people for the task, although they might consider assigning the post match interviews to someone else. Harry is to raw immediately after the final whistle.
