Warren Farm gets go ahead for QPR on 11:52 - Apr 10 by BostonR
Rumours abound that the Hanwell brigade maybe having a final go on a point of law on environmental and sustainability impact. Not sure this will fly unless someone has made a fatal error on a point of law, which I cannot see. I do work in real-estate investment and have seen this as a final delaying tactic, but it normally comes to nothing - unless the law applied is flawed or wrong. Over to any property lawyers on this board.
Out of interest where do these rumours abound from as I have also seen this on another site.

Is it too late to sabotage the Lionel Road development?
Nope. I was thinking of getting Gerry Francis to train a few thousand pigeons and bombard the site with a few million pigeon droppings and contaminate it to oblivion.

Just introduce a family of Crested Newts onto the site under the cover of darkness. *weg

Bit of a difference of opinion on here is it the 18th or the end of the month.
The closer it gets to the deadline the hopes and expectations are raised, can't help feeling the NIMBYs will do something at the eleventh hour.

They will lodge their action last day of deadline, why would they do it any earlier?
Didnt see anyone on the walk this morning to ask of any more whispers on the local telegraph
Meanwhile, almost exactly across the road from WF a huge Sikh school nears completion with not a sniff of protest once from planning all the way to now. Ive no axe to grind with the need for a school but its meant the loss of about 8 football pitches and a load of natural scrubland.
SWF with an agenda? Never!
Wil be eqtching this with interst for all reasons previously stated
Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal

They have 28 days to appeal, presumably from April 3rd (when article written) so 1st May.

Thats the way I read it but Essox posted it was the 18th and he seems to have his finger on the pulse, I was wondering if the article was written days after the decision which would mean the 18th could be correct......

You’re right, just googled it and there was an article written about the decision on 23rd March, so ten days earlier.

Hitler’s birthday. ☠ï¸
Hitler's birthday, really? Now I'm regretting doing first-letter abbreviations on the slogan banner for the celebration party. It ain't gonna look good.
Finally, Usual Conservationist Kneejerk Protests Overcome Legally And Now Defunct!

Only 4 days to go. I have no clue how I managed to make 28 days from March 23rd add up to 18 days in my earlier post but the 20th IS the last date for n appeal to be lodged. There is a link to Brown v London Borough of Ealing Council [2018] EWCA Civ 556 on the link posted above which lays out in detail what is being proposed for Warren Farm if anyone was interested.
The grass is always greener.
