Not for us, but for Bury. i was credit checking a potential customer and decided to nosey onto BFC's file and was (or maybe not) supprised to see a new CCJ for circa £22k lodged only Wednesday this week. looks like they are in need of a bumper crowd tomorrow to settle some bills

Wonder how much bearing it had that SD2 tried to hide behind her on the TalkSh*te interview today. Plausible deniability and all that.
Whatever chance the FL previously had of getting decent info from the club before the deadline has presumably walked out of the door behind Mrs Neville.

So why is he losing his house and cant feed his family on £3500 A WEEK?
What an embarrassment, 2 grown men arguing in public like 2 kids in the playground. They should have asked Harry and Frankie to be in the studio then they'd have got their bun fight. Typical of the media though, only covering leagues 1 and 2 when there's a crisis. They ought to re name this abysmal radio station talkpremierleaguetop6. Its crap.

Wow that's funny. SD2 seems the type that you like to wind up to the point of snapping in the boozer, yet still keeps coming back for more. I would like to buy you a pint SD2 if your ever passing?

This is a lady that has been a senior part of two administration events at that club and also they got kicked out of the fa cup for not having a player registered properly (her direct responsibility as club secretary).
It seems a lot of people's roles in the downfall of bury are being swept under the carpet via the intense hatred and blame towards SD2.

He AS signed a contract for that money that they were stupid enough to give him. Why should he take 2k when the 50% of what you said he is on is more than that?

He may have outgoings of say 4k a week based on his "guaranteed" earnings?
If he does then a spell in the real world won't do him any harm. 4K a week would be a very expensive car on lease, a house that john Prescott would be proud of, a family dependable on dominos take outs each night and a seriously strong liking to cocaine and high class escorts.

It's all relative, his outgoings whatever they may be will be based on his incomings. If hes got his head.screwed on he may well have a few properties too,not just the one,

True but if he has his head screwed on he will know his worth. He choose to dance with the devil and like all the other mongs that decided to enjoy the ride, he can't go crying when the old fooker breaks down. In the greater scheme of things, he won't lose as much as others who will be taken down by bury FC (fraudulent c#nts)

Doesn't Dawson still play for them (when they have a game that is)? If he's got stroppy with the owner then it could be a quick way to be given your notice!
That would be akin to the cabin boy giving the Capt of the titanic his notice as the ship sunk.
This is not the time for bickering.

I did warn them, three years ago, and like I've said on their forum, I hope they get their club back.
We paid up in full for Styles this month to try and help.
But I can't help but remember them signing loads of players a few years ago and their arrogance, and refusal to listen to those who warned them.
But no, I feel for them. This is shit.
Good luck to em.
I do find it amazing how all of this money collected from previously sold players and sales of players since Dale arrived has not found its way to creditors.
You must be talking a good seven figure sum.

Mr Steven D. Dale has stated that his lawyers are costing him £40k a month. That could explain where some of it has gone....

Indeed!
So PFA are paying half the wages and the players only getting half pay?
That equates to SD2 still paying nothing.
One easy question for SD2 how are you going to pay the creditors in the CVA? £4 million.
He hides behind this fookin CVA like it’s something to be proud of.
What a Cock!!
The PFA thing is really interesting.
The PFA are currently LOANING the players an amount money equivalent to 50% of their wages.
The PFA know that football creditors are secured so the players either get the money from the club (eventually) and repay the PFA OR bury
Whilst using this method, bury are on a transfer embargo.
As I understand it, Dale hasn't put a penny towards the players secured debts but has asked the PFA to loan them 50% of their wages until the CVA was agreed for unsecured creditors.
Now that CVA is agreed, there is no money to pay the unsecured creditors OR pay the secured football creditors.
I'm led to believe that bury were banking on getting the EFL to release money from last season and the first tranche of money for this season to pay the PFA - which is what has kicked up this "can you fund the season" furore - the EFL don't believe that bury can do that if they are using the EFL money from last season and this season to pay off old debts.
Col posted a few days ago that bury ceasing to exist may reduce their secured player liability and I think he is right in that.
Ultimately when bury get kicked out of the Football League next Friday, the EFL will pay money from last season to the PFA (that could have gone to bury) and the players will get paid.
There will then be a shortfall for the players which is still secured but Steve Dale will have to sort that out.
The EFL have done a great job for me in not allowing Dale to get his hands on any more money that wouldn't be being used or thought to be used for footballing purposes.
Dale tries to use the CVA terminology incorrectly - to confuse - and in the most part he has been highly successful in doing it!
