Talk about the glass being half empty- we still have every chance of staying up - operate in the black, even after spending millions on infrastructure at the club - don't have Vincent Tan as chairman and if we do go down will be in a better position for a return than the likes of Cardiff, Leeds, Bolton, Blackburn etc......now that's what you call a glass half full. |  |

The minute the Board even contemplated talking to American Investors was a sign that these were no longer the same people who came into the club a decade ago,as such they should now be judged like any other board at any other club without the emotional element that has been there in the past.
If any other Premiership club had appointed a man in his sixties without any real managerial experience and given him the task of keeping the club in the Premier League the fans would have been battering down the doors.
