I see it’s now being referred to as a ‘killing’ despite the driver trying to kill officers after being pursued for two miles. He continued to ram police cars after being stopped. That is a deadly action in law. One officer shot him once as he feared for his and his own and colleagues safety.

I’m 99% sure the figures you’re quoting are incorrect, I think you’ve mixed up the general population figures and police office figures. The population of London is now nearly 60% white and the black population is 13%.
The Met is overwhelmingly white, around 85% of the Met officers are white. |  | | |
