It’s not Norman’s fault if he’s not totally comfortable playing the way we want keepers to at the moment.
Earlier in the game he had ignored MJW demanding the ball on the edge of the box to go long, that illustrated exactly what he prefers in certain situations. Surely this was apparent in training? | |

Unbelievable!! Didn’t make the most if it when on top and then a sucker punch due to a poor bit of play by Norman + a deflection. Need some shots and wilbraham needs to step it up too |  | | |

Much more cohesive than Tuesday but the cutting edge is still not there. You can see Hendo already dropping deeper to try to influence things.
How long will we persist with trying to play “football” if it doesn’t result in wins?

0-1 HT. Evenly matched sides with neither showing much up front but 1 mistake costs us. Time to grab the game by the scruff of the neck. Perhaps a Henderson Done option up front!! Need to try something. Canon on at some stage and Wilbraham off. Defense have done ok & look comfortable. | | | |
