Don't think you have to, to be honest although it would depend on how many peeps turned up.

I'm happy with the Landore club. Anyone know the owner?

You'll need an estimate of numbers then phone to make a booking so to speak.

That's what I was thinking. I've started another thread to try and get a idea of number.

Well you would be happy with the trust communication because you went to the meeting but not all fans could get to the meeting, how can you be happy with the coms when so many fans are still in the dark regards where they and the trust stand in regards the way forward?

Yes I'm well aware that the trust cannot just take legal action and that they would have to ballot the members, I asked on here last week for the trust to get in with it and ballot us! Thing is they haven't balloted us in fact they did last night they are still thinking about it! Really! What is there to still think about? Please inform us, please don't tell me as a member that you are still waiting for the yanks to get on board, if ain't going to happen so what you waiting for, either you can do something or you can't but tell people either way.

My opinion is that legal action is to much of a risk for the trust and they won't do it, I hope I'm wrong, so if you disagree please Hereford tell us fans what we can do to stop this mess because clearly you still believe there is something we can do.

Sorry for not answering you sooner, Plumz, I been busy.

OK, I'm not the Oracle, I don't know why you're asking me what the fans should do. For what it's worth, I think the Trust needs to take legal action against the sellouts on the basis that they are in breach of contract regarding the original articles of association IF they think we would have a decent chance of winning, and that was the impression given last night, although I'm prepared to give them a little more time to get expert opinion if they think they need it.

Let's say they did take action and actually won in a court of law. What do people think the result would be? Genuine question, specially to people reading this with a bit of knowledge in the field. Would the sellouts be instructed to pay the Trust damages? Could the whole sale be declared null and void? What?

Think I remember that being talked about on here before and it was said that the sale couldn't be reversed [just as well after what damage as been done so far], so just take the sellouts for everything they got.

Your'e missing the point.

Apart from the at most 500 fans who use the various fan websites most believe that £100 million was invested into the football club.

We've even got former players saying as much on the radio FFS.

We need a concerted fan driven campaign ( leaflets, websites, posters etc etc) to highlight what is happening to our club and the Trust aint gonna do it.

We need to organise and do this OURSELVES.
Now who's up for it?

Even Wyndham Evans thinks they're investing

It's just the internet, init.

It's odd isn't it, Wyndham a so called legend of the club is about as intelligent as dust and Leighton Jaimes who has had his moments of madness in the media and beyond sees right through the fckrs.

Nolan sympathiser, clout expert, personal friend of Leigh Dineen, advocate and enforcer of porridge swallows. The official inventor of the tit w@nk.

Odd indeed. Almost as if he might have been fed a message to peddle.

Your last para - shirley this is what the Trust should be telling us through their legal rep. We need to know what will be different possible outcomes and the associated possible penalties.
Not to say we'd go ahead with court action, but shirley the trust know the different legal permutations and their outcomes and should be telling us?

So what are you going to base your decision on?

If the Trust ask the members then the detail of what's involved will have to be made clear
