Swans Trust Meeting 19:37 - Dec 4 with 19900 views | Landore_Jack | Don't forget there is a trust meeting tomorrow at 7:30 pm at the Liberty Stadium.

Swans Trust Meeting on 22:17 - Dec 5 with 1702 views | Landore_Jack | Another interesting topic was "fans protest". The Trust did not distance themselves from it as long as it did not affect the players during game time, and it was done legally.

Swans Trust Meeting on 22:16 - Dec 5 by Nookiejack | The Reluctance of the Trust to take legal action is staggering. What is the point of a £900k war chest if you are not going to spend it going to war. The Balance of probabilities is in the Trust's favour. If the Trust doesn't do anything millions will disappear from the club in Stan Kroenke type fees. Wouldn't be surprised if the Yanks have paid themselves a fee for succeful takeover. The Trust wouldn't know a thing about this as doesn't appear to receive Management Accounts. Just seems very very fishy why Trust Board continues to delay. Make a decision. |
Because there is no guarantee of winning and they love the club

The trust dont know what to do and when they actually find the answers they are after.......will not have the balls to pursue things. I know this wont go down well but it is true, they are totally out of their depth with the money that is involved.

In fairness Phil said management accounts for the period Aug to Oct were only made available to the Trust last Friday.

Swans Trust Meeting on 22:17 - Dec 5 by fbreath | If the shares were/are sold there is no trust lots of people end up with lots of spare time |
The Trust did not have to sell all their shares, in the same way that Jenkins, Morgan, Dineen have not sold all theirs.

There's 1000's out there thinking it, if they don't come on here or the other sites they'd have no idea, some will argue the point with you as well ffs. I think the time as come for things to broadcast and loudly myself.

Sadly the fans taking the moral high ground doesn't sell papers so many will remain oblivious to what is happening.

Absolutely. Personally I think the Trust should commission the printing of 18,000 leaflets and if they can't get enough volunteers to hand them out at the turnstyles at the next game, I'm sure that there are plenty of people who would be willing to do it for a few £ in payment. Put the war chest to use.

By the time the Trust decide what is legal and what isn't half the bricks in Swansea will be in the air 😂

I think it would be useful if the Trust offered free membership to all supporters this year. Suddenly the Trust will have a much louder voice.

Look forward to seeing the breakdown of how that managed to happen given the lack of investment in the team (in terms of transfer fees at least).

Swans Trust Meeting on 22:17 - Dec 5 by magicdaps10 | The reason was that these two did not want Jenkins or co still on board. Jenkins had his pay off from Levien and Kaplan and was stilll able to be involved in the club with a handsome salary...............greed and partial control. |
Interesting stuff. Where did you hear this from? Was it from a source within the club?

Swans Trust Meeting on 23:01 - Dec 5 with 1339 views | Nookiejack |
The press statements suggest early August. If these transfers had occurred 2 weeks earlier then you would assume club would have made a profit. Also how much has the TV money gone up this year? How much has left the club so far in performance fees that the Yank's have paid themselves using 75% voting control. How much is Pearlman being paid when we are paying Jenkins minimum £500k a year?
Swans Trust Meeting on 23:05 - Dec 5 with 1310 views | PURe_Evil | 20:40 Q) Are coordinated and respectful fan protests an option? "It is a difficult one. Widely speaking we don’t know how much people are fully aware of what has happened." Are you f*cking kidding me? It should be their mission to make everyone aware. This is turning into a bad joke. I'm sure I read that they bumped into Kaplan and the other w*nker 10 days before the sale??? So they knew who they were then?

Swans Trust Meeting on 22:19 - Dec 5 by Watchman | Because there is no guarantee of winning and they love the club |
That's correct Watch. The Trust has changed barristers, they need to get an idea of the outcome of a court case. Its possible that the old board, and the new one could get away with a reprimand....and the Trust will be skint after the verdict due to court costs. They need to be sure, in fact, very sure, before going down this road.
