What a few weeks it will be for him - on the brink of the West Brom job one week then (hopefully) sacked a week or so later. He’s no coach - Bellamy has made a huge improvement on Cullen - I can’t say Williams has improved even one of our players.

On recent showings we certainly are NOT safe.
We are not so until we get the required points I’ve never understoood those who see us as “ safe” or won’t go down. Looking at that today, every team in Championship will fancy their chances against us . He has to go NOW. He should never have been appointed

..."The big question now is why bother letting Luke fly off to Holland? "
Tell Luke - there's a "Holland and Barrett" in town!! 😂
The scouts and recruitment team presumably selected these players. Luke is going to give his blessing. He can say go ahead or put a block on them . Even if the club dispense with Luke it has to continue its work.
Something seems very wrong. Even earlier in the season when we were being treated to mediocre performances, there still seems to be some unity and passion. Over the last few weeks there is nothing. Players seem to have given up, maybe they are sick of being in coached by a fraudster pretending to be manager.

Well,it’s been apparent to me for months l It was only a matter of time before his appalling man management and “. Coaching” would kill players . It’s happening now
I'm sorry but that was the most gutless, disrespectful to the shirt and to the supporters performance that I have seen in god knows how many years of watching derbys. I don't know if it's the manager or the lack of desire from our pampered so called stars that's the issue but we were awful all over the pitch The only desire that was shown was one fracas towards the end of the game but nothing during the actual football. We have been spoilt over the past few years with derby wins, doubles etc but they wanted it so much more than us. I hate to say it but they deserved the win and our team should be ashamed of that performance. A complete shower of sh1t. Rant over but something has to change .😡

The Martin legacy is hard to shift though
Well to be fair, no team is safe until they get the required points 😁.
Looking at them today, they just weren’t good enough. Were they up for it? Well maybe, but the style of game allowed Cardiff to impose themselves all over us. As the game went on with no change in our approach, the enthusiasm waned and they went on an ever decreasing spiral.
And therein lies the problem. One Way Luke doesn’t have any other options. Let’s hope we get some good news this weekend to ease the pain inflicted on us.

Reading some posts, there is an assumption we are
To good to go down ..( I’ve read that) and Not good enough to go up. That is a rather quixotic thought right now
We were conned by Martin and now with Williams ,as I’ve said. It’s time . Right now

It all fell apart after the Sunderland game when he called the players out, and this is the response he’s had- can’t be arsed attitude from the players who obviously want him gone. Tonight won’t be soon enough for him to be sacked!

We wouldn’t employ Mowbray and more importantly…
Probably right I mean an experienced operator at this level with proven track record of bringing on players and employing appropriate tactics We can only dream
The squad is weak in midfield and up front. That isn't down to Williams, but what he is doing with them is. Players seem to be going backwards rather than improving.
If losing the dressing room means that the players are following his tactics but play like they don't believe in them because they are not working, then I believe he has lost the dressing room.
In which case it is time to go.

That’s exactly how I see it. They have to play his way because that’s all they know as a team but individually they should be more capable of playing other styles. Not in physical games in most cases but better in attacking, quick pass football. Just needs good training ground ‘drills’ with a knowledgable coach and yes, a few additions.

The club would piss him off in a month, he doesn’t operate at the level we are at.
A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.
