For me, today will set the marker for the rest of the season.
We are currently 5 points behind Ipswich in 6th. Realistically, if we want to get to the playoffs, unless there is a collapse from 1 of the top 5, we are fighting for 6th place.
If we lose we'll be 8 points behind. A gap like that can be breached over 23 games but it's asking a lot.
A draw and it's another indication that we are, fundamentally, a mid table side.
A win and we are on the fringes of the playoff places. |  |

I'm at the in-laws' in Scotland with only low tech equipment on which to follow the game so I plan to rely on you lot for expert insight and commentary. I've only seen us play at Ipswich once and we had Ray Jones then, God rest his soul.
