Plus we are a middle team now. No arguments. That was a frustrating game. Glad we won in the end. Relief as much as joy Piroe and Obafemi are class mind

I see the obvious and also the reality. A lot see what they think is the obvious without understanding or even accepting the reality, it's a fine line but it's a common mistake many a person makes.

| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

His judgement will be October/November for sure, if he hasn't got the team a solid mid table team at the very least by then, questions will certainly be asked. I wish I was qualified at judging managers! He is making mistakes but he has a big enough job on his hands. Take all the deductions away and we are as close to the play offs as we are the relegation zone........ Some of the things posted on here, you would swear we are starring relegation right in the eyes.

Peterborough United v Swansea City : Matchday Thread on 22:57 - Mar 16 with 1102 views | sw02sea | You have to process in the fact, that we have played the worst team in the league, bottom of all the 24 teams competing, who haven’t won a game in the last 14. Who in the second half, decided to press up on us, and made us look like the frail team that we basically are. If it wasn’t for Obafemi and Piroe, we probably would have lost. I can’t believe that every game is like watching Groundhog Day every week. Same pedestrian lack of purpose, walking football, that doesn’t go anywhere, irrespective of a few more shots tonight, against a piss poor side. I honestly don’t give a fig what the happy clappers say tonight after a famous victory against The mighty Posh, This guy is sucking the life blood out of us, and has to go. I

Get on the program mun! There’s always 🟨 on here that are still saying…”We only have give Martin another transfer window, and his project will be an utter joy to behold. Swallows will swoop in the summer, unicorns will be seen romping on the cliffs of Rhossili, and Boris Johnson will pass a lie detector to test, before any self respecting Swans fan believes that shyte.

Peterborough United v Swansea City : Matchday Thread AFTERMATH on 00:08 - Mar 17 with 962 views | demonk | Just out curiosity why should we be in top 10. Are stoke, cardiff bristol city and west Brom supposedly bigger clubs than us. We lucky to be mid table with turn around player from last season. It's just maybe we were fortunate to get to play offs last 2 season. With turnover of players every season there no stability so the odd season we will struggle. Just my point of view but some fans might feel entitled to be top half after the last few yrs

How "big" the club is has very little bearing on where said club should be in the league. Expectations should be based on the squad available. The squad Russell Martin inherited (and has spent a substantial amount of money adding to) should not be where we are at this stage in the season. We're not "lucky to be mid table". We have one of the most expensively assembled squads in the league. It's very rare we kick off against a side in this division where most Swansea City fans would agree that the majority of the opposition's eleven would start ahead of ours. We're not a Peterborough or a Barnsley or a Reading or a Derby. Our squad is talented and deep enough that we can afford to bench players like Ntcham and Bennett.

I think that’s an excellent answer. How many other club’s strike options would people swap for Piroe and Obafemi? Could someone list them? How many other club’s midfield options would people swap for Grimes, Downes, Ntcham and Pato? Remember, we don’t play wingers intentionally so no point in swapping for wingers. I would guess not many outside the top 6 for both options. Defence is where we can improve but it’s still a defence that has Bennett, Christie, Cabango and Naughton. It’s laced with Premier League experience. Better than half the teams in this league no doubt. We have an excellent group of players but they are being horrifically mismanaged by atrocious tactics which make no sense to anybody.

Couldn’t agree more with your statement of horrifically mismanaged by atrocious tactics” Thing is, surely our better players will be off next season after seeing through this martinball rubbish?
