Upwards of 2,000 turned up for the first march in support of independence. Not a bad start. Was great to see so many welsh and owain glyndwr flags in our capital.

I'd say if it happens it's more than a couple of generations away.

A quick look at the WAG indicate the calibre of politician that would run Wales.

Anything is preferable to Alun Cairns and his Westminster brown nosing.

What would be best would be elected politicians actually doing their best for their own electorate, not as it stands now which is their best for the people of Cardiff.

I say get rid of the WAG. The Labour/Plaid Cymru alliance is heavily complicit in the falling standards of education in Wales and the Welsh NHS. relative to the year on year figures in England.

Only 25% of the Welsh electorate voted for devolution in the first place. It really should never have been implemented with such meagre support.

Less than 25% voted against devolution. In other words a majority wanted it.

The other 49.5% were obviously okay if no won but also okay if yes won because they didn't go out and vote no.

You really are kidding yourself.

2500 to 3500. First time up. Great support from all sections of welsh life.
Bury your head in the sand if you want, but something is happening in wales.

‘All marching under one banner, but in our hearts and minds already free’ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇪🇺

According to the Police. The crowd was estimated between 1000 and 1500

What a surprise that you say it was between 2500 and 3500

Perhaps you need to learn how to count like so many of the people living in Wales

Recently visited Slovenia.

A small country, with beautiful scenery, an abundance of fresh water, traditionally strong agriculture sector, all the women were gorgeous.

They seemed to be doing very well for themselves and are very happy as an independent sovereign nation within the EU.

Sounds just like Wales, minus the gorgeous women.

My methods are not favoured by some but by god i speak the truth.

It's amazing how many remainers want independence..

It's almost like they can't see the irony.

Or understand that we’re not ruled by the EU. It’s only ironic if you’ve no clue about the EU and our role in it.

How is every other country funded?

Maybe I should rephrase the question.

Would an independent Wales be able to financially sustain itself?
If yes, why and how?
If no , why?

They know their GDP will just collapse by as much as 10 points

Wales could just threaten to turn off the taps. See how Brexiteer Brummies would like that. As for Ireland I’d wager that N. Ireland stands to lose more from Brexit. It’s why opinion polls show that the majority would favour a united Ireland if it meant they could stay in the EU.

Hard to argue with that ECB. So why the need for "precious" and "sweetheart" plus the "what do you think?" reply when you hadn't posted an answer yourself?

Firstly, I had posted a reply. I said I don’t know and then asked what you think.

I called you precious when you got precious about allegedly pissing me off. I called you sweetheart when you got even more precious about the same thing.

You are being very precious at the moment. Are you ok?

From a purely selfish football point of view, the Welsh teams would no doubt have to leave the English system. That would be the end of our team.

From an EU point of view, separating from the Union would not mean an immediate admission to the EU. It could take 20-30 years to be admitted, that's 20-30 years going it alone with no guarantee that Wales would be admitted.

Perhaps they’ll turn off our fuel taps. But no matter how many die of hypothermia, st least we’ll still have our frozen water blocks.
