Everything Russell Martin said this morning regards Swansea City

Swansea City manager Russell Martin cut a frustrated and disappointed man during his pre match press interview before the Swans take on Birmingham City tomorrow at the swansea.com stadium ( Kick Off 3pm )

The main focus of the interview was Russell Martin’s comments on the transfer window and the process he and his staff ( including CEO Julian Winter ) went through to try and increase the squads strength over the time they had to recruit. He also referenced the nonsense that has been written regards him falling out with certain players. This website has never indicated that in reports, the football forum will always have differing opinions, but we have always and will remain behind this manager.

We challenge anyone to reference otherwise.

Of course we have reported the circumstances behind these issues regards Jamie Paterson and Michael Obafemi and we stand by those articles. But Russell Martin falling out with certain players has never been the thrust of this website and it’s management at any time. So, those comments are clearly directed elsewhere, but where is hard to define.

Here is Russell Martin’s interview in full.
