When will we actually get Huw Jenkins out of the club? 21:20 - Jul 28 with 25797 views | Swansea93 | I appreciate the attempts last season of certain groups trying to start some chants and protests, and I'm not jumping the gun and being negative here, but since Huw said he'd step down if we were relegated and he's still here is abit of joke, he's hired Potter and hasn't given him any backing in the market as of yet and is clearly calling the shots still. When are we all actually going to get Jenkins out because I don't think we can 'rebuild' with him still here, how many fans are actually going to forgive him for the sh!te he's caused the last few years? With Andre Ayew leaving on loan is a prime example of how Huw has run the club the past few years, big money signings on big wages leaving for next to nothing. Yes we all appreciate what he and others did for the club all them years ago, but we've moved on since that and we're talking about now & the future which he has shat on. Eder, Tabanou, Borja, Ayew, Bony, Clucas, Ngog, Mesa to name a few of his signings that have all cost a club of our size a fortune, not to mention the questionable decisions he's made e.g not bringing Allen back when he had the chance, handing out long contracts to squad players who weren't playing in the first team. He stated we'd learn from mistakes which they clearly havent it's the same old story every time, we start the season in 7 days and we have signed 1 player officially for the '1st team' and if we start off bad Potter is going to get the blame for this whilst Huw is tucked up in his directors box getting away with all the sh!t.

He ain't going nowhere until we turn a corner, and if we don't he'll sink with the facking ship, thinking against all sanity that he can still turn things around, still on his crazy money doing a crap job, the deluded, self serving greedy barstard.

On an ROI basis Pearlman has probably produced an uninspiring return in the range of 0% by failing to grow commercial revenues much if at all. However, that is quite simply outstanding compared to Jenkins, who can boast a return probably of at least -90%, possibly even -100%, with a very real prospect that the shareholders will have to cough up up to £21 million of new cash, depending on the outcome of Trust action over the sale.

Once salary, divis and sale money are put together, Jenks has generated a personal ROI of at least 100%. And not in total - per annum! And taking us to the next level. Truly we are blessed.

I can't see it happening but how sweet would it feel if Yankee Hedge Fund has to tell it's investors they had to fork out another £21m at a value of 1/3 or so lower of original price from the sell-outs. There'd be litigation all around so keep the sell-outs busy with legals and drain some of their not so hard earned cash. I suspect it would be the end of the ultimate greedy one.

Selecting a pre set length of time to shoehorn a narrative isn’t really giving an accurate picture. We have been relegated. As a result we are now managing those finances, to take a snap shot of the financial situation immediately after it before the remedy has been put in place and attribute that to Jenkins as if it his desired way forward is completely misleading. Parachute payments are spread over 3 years, or is it 2 now? This is to help with the obvious fallout of the INEVITABLE financial situation from the Premier League that ALL clubs face after competing at the level we have for a similar length of time. We can judge the finances then and are able to take an accurate picture of what life is like outside of the Premier League money. To do it now, is ludicrous. Without the financial fall we wouldn’t have stayed there for so long. If we didn’t stay there as long as we did then again people would say he failed as we were relegated, there is no winning there. Which is why is a disingenuous view.. Our most successful chairman to date by a country mile.

So to summarise what he is saying is that we must wait 3 years to judge whether it was a good idea to borrow £80 million to spend on the likes of Baston, Mesa, Clucas, Bony and Ayew (MKIIs). I disagree.

Without a doubt the best decade in our history. If he’s here for another 5 years and we end up in league one or two, you could still easily argue it’s our best ever 15 year period. That doesn’t exonerate him indefinitely. He said himself his position would be untenable if we kept losing games.

Of course not. But as we have established - getting relegated for signings not working out is eventually inevitable, the better you are at it the longer you may stave it off. He has staved it off got longer then nearly all before him for a club our size. It has finally arrived His task now is to fix the financial damage done by that relegation and try and get us back to winning ways and being competitive again. To judge him before he has had a chance to make that happen is bananas. We really do need to go down the conduct route if we wish to discuss replacing him in the interests f any sort of meaningful debate. There is a foothold there. But the elephant in the room is what happens afterwards - which nobody as of yet has even hinted they have the first clue over or what it may realistically look like. [Post edited 30 Jul 2018 14:58]

...a club our size, to achieve what we did cannot realistically be in a better financial position if relegated was the point, don’t make stuff up again. Try again. [Post edited 30 Jul 2018 15:19]
