It's pretty clear from the last clip that he kicks the kid as well as the ball. His toe may make contact with the ball(though it doesn't exactly go far for a kick with such force) but it's pretty clear his lower leg makes contact with the lad.
The fact the kid behaved like a f*cking fanny is a sad reflection on 'manliness' within football, but to say Hazard makes little or no contact with the lad is simply wrong.

No, and in my opinion there is no scandal.
Hazard is a tw@t for getting involved however the kid is absolutely fine, he's apologised to Hazard, Hazard has apologised to him and it should be finished.
SSN are now onto an hour of rolling replays and the police are going to spend time and money investigating what is a complete storm in a teacup.
