The game where he will take charge of the Swans in the first half and the Baggies in the second. Yes but only after he has checked that there is no seat on the coach back up the M5.

You could be right. However he may get that diagnosed by Coleman. I see both sets of fans giving him grief if he's there tomorrow.

You just know it's going to be Naughton, unless he goes with Christie who is completely useless.

This just highlights the state the club is in...what the current manager has been faced with all season why at times we appear inconsistent and why it will be hard to attract any sort of decent replacement manager. I suspect we may see a starting formation of a back 3 of Naughton Grimes and Darling with a midfield of Key,Franco,Tymon then Cullen Eom and Ronald in front of them with Bianchinni up top

I have cut Williams slack all season because of what I perceived as a week squad forced on him by the previous owners. I can not accept the call my agent statement from Williams, it was totally disrespectful to my club, supporters, players and owners. The lack of an immediate apology/explanation only compounds the problem. Win tomorrow and go on an excellent run may buy him some time, but as soon as failure arrives he will be crucified by the supporters and board. It could be as soon as tomorrow.

Not sure about the weakened squad. Without even trying I can see six more points we should have gained this season, starting with LW's collapse against Cardiff. Looking at the League table, that result was a disgrace. Decent progressive manager we would be in the playoffs.

Completely with you on this. What his teams do on the pitch and the comments he made in the week are totally separate issues. Vetch is right in that an injury to Cabango highlights exactly how poor our squad is. Despite that, the disdain he showed SCFC is in no way acceptable.

I get that WR I keep asking if an Indy journo was present as I think and yes it's just my opinion but I'm sure the article from which the call my agent call comes is a misrepresentation of the interview. Have you read the BBC article? It's all over the place but interestingly ends with that quote. We are almost entitled to our opinions...and time will tell and in fairness to today's press conference Williams has given the board an out. As I have said elsewhere before the advent of social media and fan's forums this week's drama would at best have been a storm.in a teacup

I absolutely agree we are all entitled to our options and I fully respect yours. I did read the article and have no doubt he stated the comment about contacting his agent. Now if he meant it as it came out is open to interpretation, but he obviously knew how it was being portrayed in the media and supporters comments, so why not release a statement apologising/explaining exactly how he intended it to be taken. Failure to do this has compounded the problems between Williams and the supporters.

Not only did he fail to do so. He also said WBA won't want me if they watched todays game.. It's obvious he wanted out the job fell through now he is trying to backtrack. It's a bit pathetic really. [Post edited 3 Jan 21:03]

Problem is for Williams tomorrow he is already o the back foot with Cabango missing and a returning glass jawed Franco. Here we go again yet another period of turmoil..... Then that will keep the clicks up

This forum does very little to improve our charity. The news features ok, yes. A new way of supporting the charity is on the cards.
