Not for us, but for Bury. i was credit checking a potential customer and decided to nosey onto BFC's file and was (or maybe not) supprised to see a new CCJ for circa £22k lodged only Wednesday this week. looks like they are in need of a bumper crowd tomorrow to settle some bills

Early bird season ticket renewal for giggle lane, finished yesterday. At least if one of the WUP is successful those that renewed before COP yesterday got a discount & won't lose as much.

In case there are any Bury fans still reading (guessing a few), ask yourselves this, then ask it them:
Where are Forever Bury and what are they actually doing?
If you don’t ask for and demand full transparency, don’t blame anyone else when it all goes wrong. They have no right whatsoever to keep anything from their fellow supporters now; there should be regular, public updates.

bury fans lurking here would do themselves no harm if they asked who else actually has the responsibility here for the pickle they are now in.
Looking at publically available documents here are a few suggestions of some that the Beardy board could pose some questions to answer:
1. Gordon Sorfleet - an employee of the club; witnessed the mortgage document created on 29th May 2013 and filed at Companies House which assigned the ground to Stewart Day's company SG Sports Management Limited. SG Sports Management Limited was dissolved a a company in 2016 and who knows where the ground is guaranteed to. The charge was filed on 11 June 2013 and is publically available.
Why did Gordon sign that document as a witness for Stewart Day?
2. Joy Hart - appointed to the bury board to join in the development and represent Forever bury.
Noted in the press release as "This is the new beginning that both sides believe is the way forward for all concerned and as such we urge all fans to support this partnership and Join Forever Bury and enjoy the new activities that will be announced in the future."
Didn't Forever bury just give their shares in the club to Stewart Day for nothing in return? Do all bury fans still support this partnership?
3. Dave Giffard - Chairman of Forever bury. Has he said ANYTHING about the last 6 months on any form of public record? You'd think you'd have heard more form him than Nicky Adams this week given the words "Forever" and "bury" might not actually be able to combined for much longer.
I am sure there are many others actual bury fans involved but when bury fans are talking about camping outside Steven Dale's house there are a few closer to home who might want to ask themselves about their role in the Stewart Day empire.
A message to the three of them and other bury fans from Delia:
Silence from BL9 is deafening.

Again, for those reading, put your own thoughts/egos/positions to one side and don’t let something pointless detract from a route that might lead to a positive, however small.
This has happened time and again down the years. Attempt to affect a change or be partly responsible for the meandering as illustrated throughout 100 pages.

With regards to the witnessing of the document, all you are doing is attesting it is signed by the signatory. As a witness you are not expected to know the content of the document nor will you have any liability under it. Having a contract attested by a witness just gives each party a bit of protection in the event that the other party claims it wasn’t them who signed the contract. That’s the extent of it. It’s standard, particularly as it was likely to be signed as a deed - which have to be witnessed otherwise they’re not correctly executed.

Agreed on the witnessing point.
What I'm puzzled by is why no bury fan has asked the wider question of "What do they know?".
That original mortgage document could have been witnessed by a lawyer, accountant or someone else. And it is properly onerous on bury fc as a club and their ground right at the start of the Stewart Day era.
There are people in that club and connected with it and to it who had close proximity to Stewart Day for over 5 years - those three in my last post being some examples.
What do they know?
If the answer is nothing then they really have let bury fans down.

You have a route. Follow it.
The only route they have followed 442, for many, many years is as follows:
1) Spend more than you earn 2) Hide from the economic reality of your situation 3) Explain the lies being told as if they are credible. 4) Complain that no-one cares 5) Blame someone else
Hughie Eaves, Stewart Day, Steve Dale. An uncomfortable triumvirate in the history of bury fc.
Eaves started the ball rolling with bury losing nearly £1m a year in the late 90's. Day was something else and Dale will either sink them or asset strip them.
The only route is administration/liquidation.
Bizarelly, this is on the Swansea Fansnetwork site, but is the tale of the 2014 botch by the same fans to save their club. They were warned.
The Bury AGM by Daley_Lama3 Nov 2014 11:56 Good article for those unaware of the latest going-ons at Gigg Lane in the Bury Times.

Consistency in approach. Transparency in communication. It’s in that thread.
We probably wouldn’t be here today if that route had been followed. But they know this.
Even now there’s no collective voice demanding that route is followed. Still the conversations and opinions and personal thoughts meander, meanwhile the simple route remains untrodden. Talk of what they can and can’t say, levels of confidentiality, being privy to information they can’t share further than with vague statements - the answer was on page 3 of a thread from nearly 5 years ago. A simple route. But they know this.
