Kolli Dad Interview on 09:08 - Oct 28 with 7901 views | gazza1 | He would be, if it is Koli senior, to keep his mouth in order. I'm sure it isn't helping his nieve(??) & young(ish) son.
Kolli Dad Interview on 09:51 - Oct 28 with 7751 views | lassel | I mean itâs not surprising. What is abundantly clear is that literally everybody who deals with Nourry leaves with no respect for him and go out of their way to defy his omertĂ demand. The manager canât stand him and is acting out, potential signings are going public about deals that fell apart, players family going public with whatâs going on behind the scenes⌠Itâs not great
Kolli Dad Interview on 09:54 - Oct 28 with 7726 views | thehat | Interesting maybe it's true - Marti thinks there are others ahead of him. Maybe he doesn't do enough off the ball to warrant his place.

KJN is failing to control his own narrative, which is even more embarrassing. Would it be too much of me to assume that those above him have agreed his course of action or, is this all of KJN's design? Either way: it's does not appear to be working or liked. Overall, and as I used to ask about SLF: how is he managed/monitored and what are the owners thinking constitutes success for KJN's role?

We do not *know* the manager can't stand Nourry. Almost every organisation contains people who can't stand each other, but professionalism and commitment to the goals of the organisation can mean it's not a big problem. I have worked at companies where people were in meeting room arguing so loudly that half the floor could hear them, but things still got done. I'll admit having these tensions is not ideal but it's not uncommon and it doesn't have to be disastrous.
| "Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1." |

He doesn't. He's got a final ball on him, but he's not Championship standard in many regards. West Brom caught him out several times on day one. But to go from fully involved in the first team pre-season, and starting the first game of the season, to now not on the bench when we've got two keepers on there, not travelling with the team, not on the squad photo... it looks like there's more to it than they've suddenly decided he's a bit sht.
Kolli Dad Interview on 10:24 - Oct 28 with 7541 views | nick_hammersmith | Tosh! There is absolutely no way that Rayan doesn't know what he needs to do in order to be in the first team. Even if the feedback is to knuckle down, work hard, keep quiet and play in the DS. This ^^ is not that, is it?
Kolli Dad Interview on 10:31 - Oct 28 with 7488 views | Toast_R | Isn't it a case of, "Here's your new contract, you ain't playing first team football until you've signed it"?

Yeah I would have him ahead of Madsen all day long regardless of his defensive issues.

Kolli Dad Interview on 11:32 - Oct 28 with 7173 views | gazza1 | It depends what knowledge you have about the sport and if you are qualified to advise. Certainly shouldn't be going public and making negative vibs if that is what he is doing. Koli isnt good enough for our 1st team just like EDB isn't. [Post edited 28 Oct 11:36]
