Millwall last four results....

All won 1 v 0 including beating Leeds last night. - They seem to be everything we are not - A team full of men who can put in very gritty performances with no wimps. They also don't play suicidal football out from the back because they know they aren't good enough.

They certainly don't have six number 10's and a powder puff midfield.

Not saying we need to bring out the water cannons but I do look across at them and sigh sometimes.......

Marti Contract??

All this bloody manager merry go round is making me nervous.

I know we are not supposed to know contract details any more but does anyone have any idea what the length of Marti's contract might be?

Surely it won't be long before he is mentioned as a replacement for another club.

Apologies if this has already been discussed but does anyone know why the top tier wasn’t full and Leeds had about a third of the bottom tier?

Why didn’t we just them the full top teir and have our fans on the bottom as we have done several times this season.

I would like us to go with 2 up top on a big pitch to occupy their backline and get the width from the wingbacks. I know this means leaving Chair on the bench but I would start with Chair on Saturday in a more central role and go to a flat back four at home.

My thoughts on today.....

Gareth wants us to be hard to beat.

We will never be hard to beat with Chair and Willock playing as they did today.

The pair of them keep losing possession and neither of them want to track back and do the ugly stuff needed in the Championship. That leaves the turnover so easy for the opposition to get at our back four which is so bloody fragile to say the least.

Chair and Willock are the problem in this team - They give us nothing going forward and are a bloody liability - Their body language today was a disgrace.

Oxford turned us over so many times in the second half and I noticed on numerous occasions we had four players on the half way line with their hands on their hips.

Boys if you dont't want to play for us then please just fcuk off.......

Stoke - free coach travel

Kids are now driving me mad to go to Stoke - I have spoken to the Box Office this morning and all the current coaches are sold out however there is a waiting list and if there is enough demand they will investigate laying on more.
