What I find odd is majority of players that have played for Harry praise his man management and where as tactically he may not be as good as others he is generally considered to be able to get the best out of players. He has completely failed to get anywhere near the best out of a squad of players that should walk this league. Completely backed by Tony and has so far let him down badly.

actually, plenty of players dislike Redknapp and think his man-management is sh1te. It's just the loud few who go on about it. Usually the ones he signs at every club. Can't think why they'd like him so much.
