Matthew Phillips introduces us to the man in the middle for the Coventry game
Steve Tanner from Somerset is the referee for the Boxing Day clash, he became a Football league ref in 2003 and a Premiership ref in 2007, this season he averages just under 3 yellow Cards a game.
