| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

3 wins from 20 games so on form we should win 2 of the next 13 thats 48 points probably need another 5 points from somewhere. The thread was posted in jest but the club needs sorting from top to bottom Shame though we should be looking up not down but sadly that's where we are.. [Post edited 25 Feb 2023 18:45]

There is a definite feeling of drift. The manager is setting his goal further and further into the unaccountable distance. I do not buy the "if i had 4 or 5 players in January we would be pushing top 6" line. This would only cover up the cracks of a failed methodology. f Martin is to stay he has to accept extra elite coaching input to help him iron out the laxness of his reign. Mistakes lack of concentration, lack of intensity and easy wins for opposition teams has not been resolved by Martin, KO'L and Gill. An overall review of his methodology is over due. A Guidolin type figure to identify areas of weakness being exploited by rivals. Guidloin was seen as a godfather of Italian mean defending. Swansea are not mean at all. Transfers are a quick fix. Swansea should be signing 3-4 players each season maximum. Talk of a "big summer" will go down like a lead balloon in USA.

Relegation rivals on 14:56 - Feb 26 by union_jack | Downvoted by someone who doesn’t want to see the facts in front of them. I haven’t looked at who. You are absolutely right. Current form suggests we won’t get anything like it. It’s not as if we are losing by bad luck which would probably change between now and season end. No, we are absolutely dire and lacking so much in confidence the question you pose is extremely valid - where are those points going to come from. Edit: I’ve looked at who it was now, no surprises there. Has there ever been such a worthless poster, actually member of the forum because I’ve not seen him post. Surprise me Dadsarmy!! Relegation rivals on 17:52 - Feb 26 by guthrieintherain | Thats ok Max could be worse we could be Geordies no trophy since the Napoeleonic wars. |
Best games I've watched all weekend have all been rugby ones. Watched a load of horse crap last night in Crystal Palace v Liverpool, it was atrocious, like watching a game where two teams between mid table and the relegation places were just playing out an end of season game.

I'm pretty confident that we'll have enough to stay up but I wouldn't bet my house on it.

Exactly, i cannot see where the next win is coming from unless we get to play against 10 men. Luton, Boro, Millwall, Bristol, Cardiff, Coventry, Wigan, Huddersfield, Preston, Norwich, Hull, WBA Maybe Cardiff and Wigan if we are lucky?

Relegation rivals on 12:55 - Feb 28 with 4391 views | majorraglan | Average number of points required to avoid the drop is 47, but it does fluctuate. Lowest number of points required to stay up had been 40, that said Peterborough were once relegated with 54 points. My personal view is that the Swans are 90% of the way there to beating the drop, but you never know!!! The way things went during the Premier League relegation should teach us not to count our chickens:

I'm surprised the tea lady and Cyril and Cybil are still employed, I fear for their positions come the season's end though. Welcome to the NEXT LEVEL Ladys and Gents.
