Impressive display and a great way to respond to the MK games performance. Cant fault the team apart for not getting the deserved 3rd goal I like the new setup and once we have consistency we will be there
Derby only had 3 shots on target -2 of which occured in injury time! Enough said!

If only...

if only Tadic had buried it when unchallenged

if only JWP's free kick had been one inch lower

if only Martina would say in position

If only Clasie has a bigger engine

but there you go, a comfortable win from a well organised defence and a striker gaining in confidence, no doubt with the Euro's in mind.

It looked like a 5-0 was possible in the first half but we always are taken by surprise in the second half that the other team has readjusted itself to deal with our threat. Why can't we adapt that quickly?

We dominated the first half, we wobbled in the second but, above all, we were almost robbed by the consistently worst referee in the EPL, Lee Mason. There is never a game goes by with him in the middle which isn't controversial. The sending off of Sadio Mane was laughable. Unfortunately, so is Sade's contribution these days.

Not sure I can handle the hope in this New Dawn, misery was easier, but it does look like JFH has worked out his best team (although it has taken too long) and got them well organised. Smithies is proving an excellent shot stopper with decent distribution (we're fortunate that Greeno's contract complications has given him this chance), defence scarcely offering a chance (apart from MK Dons), Angella seems to be the organiser/communicator we need, Clint Hill using all his experience and strength to disguise his lack of place and mobility in providing cover for star man Grant Hall. Perch now seems solid at left back and a gorgeous cross for Chery's goal against Derby, but I still worry that Onuoha makes too many mistakes. Midfield is starting to control the game. We're always better with Faurlin in the team (the only man who can both pass and tackle) and Henry now showing better form. Hoilett is rejuvenated and the boss must get the credit for revitalising a player who had completely lost his way. Final ball still not good enough though. Phillips is inconsistent and not sure his dead ball delivery justifies the iffy workrate. And upfront Little and Large. Chery sharp, mobile and an excellent finisher alongside the blonde Bambi. Polter's control and touch are hardly great, but energy, strength, good in the air, speedy if running in a straight line and commitment make him a real handful and create space for others. Think he might become a bit of a cult.

And to top it all much better workrate, pressing high up the pitch and obviously encouraged to shoot on sight. What's not to like. But of course this is Rangers and quite capable of serving up insipid dross next time out. So let's hope... although maybe not to much just yet. And I really couldn't cope with the playoffs again... could I?

Two good wins on the bounce This was more like the Rangers I expected! Good performances all round Impressed with Perch,Hoilett and Poulter Looks like we are developing a pretty good team Real test will come when we play the likes of Preston,Boro and Burnley. If the JFH reign had started like this .....
Greta crowd and good humour from the Bees fans Only down side was the poor ref-was too soft in the fist half and too harsh in the secon -though he saw sense as he could have sent Poulter off with a second yellow

I quite enjoyed that game. Thankfully our backs to the wall period didn't last too long

Tadic must be so happy that we won, miss of the season and so generous of Long

cracking game and performance...after seeing the foolham and Charlton derbies was great to see an emphatic win in front of full house...poulter Smithies Hill Faurlin Chery had great games but overall hardworking team effort ensured we got the win. Great atmosphere and enjoyed the barracking of bees...3 nil on your big day out! and the are you
greeno in disguise after terrible kicking display from their goalie. First goal from hoilet has to be one of the contenders for goal of the season. nice work from Ned and Cherie to set up BFG for the second goal and well taken third from Cherie after good pressure from the rs.BFG work rate exemplary becoming a bit of folk hero nice touch at the end giving away his shirt...a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon...more please JFH....

A much closer game than the final sore indicates. 3-0 is a flattering score but I'll take it. Brentford's problem was offering no threat to scoring. R's plus was much more commitment, higher pressing and they also got the breaks. Ref lost it half way through the second half, but it was funny when he lost it.

Good day out overall, how come I get fish and chips for a fiver in the Bush, the White Horse is serving Guinness on match days at £3.20 a pint, and the tubes run to time. One of those rare days when Lou Reed starts singing in the background.

It's been years since I had a day at Loftus Road like this. Probably 1968.

Think we came back from 1 down in the dying minutes at home against Newcastle in 94 or 95 - remember listening to that on the radio and couldn't speak for days from screaming so loud. Pretty sure that 20 years older the voice has gone for good this time.

What a win. Bit bewildered.

What a game and what an effort by the players and what an atmosphere. Last on Match of the Day, I expect but who cares. We were not fantastic in the first half and kept wasting good positions by passing into a crowd, and Liverpool the way they play these days, will always win the ball in those situations. God knows how we let Coutinho get into position and score - that's three games on the trot at SMS that he's done that with the same result every time. The Sturridge goal was also a mess and I felt Forster could have done better with both positionally. Roger East is an absolute buffoon - almost as bad as Lee Mason but then, there's hardly a decent ref in the league these days. It's so frustrating watching Liverpool players lose the ball, fall over, look at the ref with their hands in the air and get a foul. But then, the second half. A really good decision to make the two changes at half time rather than wait and Victor and Sadio were both brilliant - it may take Victor a few days to get over his run from inside his half to the opposite corner! Pelle worked really hard all day and got some stick but a lot of times he won the ball only to have no support close by for second ball. Long was off colour today and the fact he was getting nothing from the ref seemed to get to him a bit (I was getting livid so God knows how he felt). Martina is showing gradually that he has a head for the big games and did really well down the right going forward but defended sensibly as well. But who cares about analysis - the noise and atmosphere after the second goal was brilliant and the place went totally nuts after the third and when he finally blew the whistle at the end. Fantastic effort and so sweet to beat the Scousers. I have to add that Klopp showed a lot of class afterwards, shaking the Saints players hands and applauding the ground as well as his own supporters. And while I'm at it... can we give Lallana a break, please? I'll boo Lovren all day long after the way he behaved but even though Lallana went about things the wrong way when he left, I'll always be thankful for the efforts he put in for the years before that, especially when he had plenty of opportunities to leave when we were in the lower divisions. Time to get off his back. Anyway, slowly calming down after a hugely emotional afternoon. COYS
