Today

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Anyone who blatantly broke the Covid rules and risked the future wellbeing of others just to partake in, or to attend unnecessary/avoidable gatherings should be ashamed of themselves!

There may be mitigating circumstances for some occasions e.g. rushing to aid a seriously ill or distressed love one, intervening in a harrowing event/crisis, fair enough, everyone is human in those circumstances understandable.

Bit a p1ss up or party nah!

I hated IRA,still do but this is a PM passing a law which he didnt enforce.Thousands died.He is reckless in the very worst way.
Conservative voters deserve better.

There are more palatable leaders out there for them although Labour for lifers will hate any Tory whatever .

This is a free land supposedly and we are free to choose and all should be respected.

My point is that all those things can and should be called out as wrong.

If you’re using one to justify the other it’s for ideological reasons.

A lot of people should probably be careful what they wish for.

Corbyn as Labour leader was effectively a guaranteed election win for the Tories, yet oddly some of them still wanted him gone. Anyone opposed to the Conservatives should be hoping that Johnson hangs on as long as possible rather than be replaced by Rishi (clearly keeping his head down) because he's making a cipher like Starmer look like a good option at present.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Rushing to an Ill relative would’ve been an exception in law.

Q I’d have asked if this was a work’s event and therefore, one would imagine, discussing confidential info…why was his wife there ? Several reports say that she was present.

If what he’s saying is true and had no idea in the 25 min he was there, there was drinking going on, what does that say ? Was the email sent to 100 people without his knowledge? Was the party arranged with everyone bringing alcohol without his knowledge? If that’s true, he’s incompetent and those underneath him are going behind his back ?

If, it was not obvious that, despite there being alcohol everywhere, he thought it was a work thing, doesn’t that mean that alcohol is a problem in government? Is drinking a big part of gvnt work ? Should gvnt decisions be made whilst in drink ? Did he comment on the drinking in the time he was there ?

Prosecutors dream to cross examine

There will not be mass protests on the streets.
There will be damage to conservative MP when it comes to next election.
Labour voters will be creaming over that,as they will seeing this pitifully killer clown of a man destroy all before him. It is our country that is suffering so let's not gorge on his carcass as he is an irrelevance or should be.

We need a strong PM ,we need a leader, the next election is some time away and meanwhile it is the country and people who suffer.Johnson ,carrie, and his bastard kids will not neither will Labour polticians. They have a duty to rip this man apart and they haven't which doesnt ay much about Labour front bench.

Johnno is a figure that would be easy to tear apart in debate. I am certain I would killhim stone dead;sirjonalot would for sure.

Right now, think about the country and not party politics.

People forget John son has no shame at all nor any morality.

Labour, for the first time in a long time, have a really good shadow cabinet. Starmer was excellent today. He set him last year, laying the trap re his lying and the consequences. Had he been calling for his resignation for weeks, it’d had less effect when he did it today.

Wonder if it has an effect on any payout if he resigns v being out via vote of no confidence?

He can’t put him away, it had to be his party. He cannot call for a vote of no confidence, Tories need to do that. (Well he can but risk protecting him for a year)

Karl Turner, Labour for Hull was excellent

Good riposte jon.
You are a Labour voter.I am not.

I don't really feel Parliament has seen good debates for some years.
It's hard to be objective if committed to one party.

For a Barrister,Starmer is not impressive as a speaker to me anyway and Blair was a far more powerful man at the dispatch box.
Let us not forget,Starmer is taking on such an obvious, devious piece of sewerage ;as great a void a they has been in parliament. Johnson 's hero was Churchill, hence his stuttering ,calculated patter but he doesn't have Churchill' interlect and wit. The cheeky chappie public school toff doesnt work anymore and his lack of self awareness in seeing this worries me as he is ,after all ,our PM ,the leader of the country ffs.

Watch Jersey Joe Walcott v Rocky Marciano on you tube for a man on the ropes being put away.

I’m not really sure which party I’d supoort. I’m in England, LDs are second to the Tories where I live so I vote for them. Left of the Labour Party are crazy, I’m to the left of the middle. Politically homeless really.

If KS was PM, he wouldn’t be a joke or a National embarrassment
