It’s why we get so irritated. At least I do. It does my head in
Funny that. I tend to get more frustrated by the players making individual mistakes on the actual pitch and ownership for selling players and not reinvesting rather than one man on the sidelines. Each to their own though

I look forward to the normal dissection we have when we don't win or hammer teams

It’s so easy to gloss over and not address the gargantuan elephant in the room.
I’m sure the narrative will be “decent point away from home” or some rubbish about “spirit”. The fact is, people should be furious with this performance. Who knows what our side will be like next year and what players we may lose, we have one hell of a chance to go up this year and we are being handicapped AGAIN by this ludicrous style.
I’m lost for words how the Martin fans aren’t standing up for the club a bit more and saying “hang on a minute, why has he gone back to this after we just championed his ability to learn”.
Some honesty needed now.
On the surface it’s actually a decent result, in reality however it feels like the most gut wrenching defeat knowing that this style is back and infecting the club again.

May as well not have a manager then?
Doesn’t seem to have any impact on the way we play, just a bloke on the sidelines that doesn’t control anything?
What a waste of a wage.

Well of course it was a good point away from home and probably the right result in balance.
However, you are right in many ways. BC are well known as a counter attack team and do well against high possession sides. Really our tactics should have been different from the get go. They had three chances that arrived from sloppiness on our part, the third being their goal.
Martin still has a lot of learning to do, I think he’d admit that but somethings are so obvious you wonder why he sticks to tactics that clearly aren’t likely to work.
Poor first half, and then did just enough late on to grab the point. The disappointment is that we could do a lot better if we were set up more positively and had that bit more quality out wide

Which was ignored when we beat Cardiff ,Manning everytime for me , Sinola is better on the right , although still weak .
Oko flex made a difference when he came on along with ntcham, looking forward to seeing the game on Tues knowing that we have two players that can turn a game.
