Difficult to ignore when it’s so blatant though. He needs to show some respect.

A thick and nasty little man who will get his comeuppance be that now next year or beyond that. I hope it hurts, IRA sympathising piece of trash.

No yiu don’t have to at all. His feelings was the armed struggle was justified l That meant British blood spilled He’s born British as NI part of UK. We should be asking ourselves why some respect his views which ended in death of innocent men women and children . In fact ,I’m asking myself why we are even discussing this so reprehensible is he .

James mcclean .and the team on 17:07 - Nov 10 with 1112 views | ReslovenSwan1 | Everyone should have an opt out. Furthermore they should not be asked for an explanation. The whole BLM had sensible people supporting and respecting the " defunding of the police" and the lifestyle of " communal living" . These are solutions for specific mainly black populated US urban areas with runaway father's and violent culture. Nothing to do with south West Wales. It had the Police arresting objectors. I will never wear rainbow shoe laces. I am not interested in n this subject and do not fully understand it. I may do research on the subject one day perhaps when I get around to it. I will take an opt out on this and do not have to explain it. [Post edited 10 Nov 19:37]

It beats me Pen If we start respecting the views of people that placed bombs on waste bins killing kids ,then we are screwed ,which we are . Started for me with the Birmingham bombings as I was working in Solihull at the time . The IRA and their supporters killed our people .OUR people . Simple as that Personally ,I’d be banning any comments that purport to offer any succour to terrorist or invading countries ,like Russia .

Yes, he is a idiot, but I just don't see how not standing with his team is seen as being disrespectful and winding people up., he's remaining silent and standing at the centre circle If he was to join in with them he would receive criticism back home. Irish troubles are recent and very sensitive. I repeat, I do not agree with him and fully respect our present and fallen.

I share your opinion. Flip side of the coin, I’m not keen on poppy rage either. Trying to out people for not wearing them at a particular time or place doesn’t seem in the spirit of it to me either.

& your view sums up the state of this country. I despair of your view but you obviously lean to the left. Anyway I’m out of this thread as I have more respect for those who have sacrificed their lives for this country ( which includes members of my own family)

I don’t like it at all penc. I’ll be at a Remembrance service tomorrow as well as the one I went to today. But… The greatest generation gave everything for freedom. Some choose to use this is a way that is uncomfortable for the majority of us. That’s the price of freedom. The press are also free to run the McClean story every year, even though you’d have to live in a cave to not already know his stance.

As Wrexham is the spiritual home of the Royal Welch Fusiliers who had too many killed and injured whilst trying to keep the peace in his homeland I find it strange that the followers of that Club seem to tolerant that skulking rat faced turd .
