Is that the rotten bit of land opposite the Swallow that was once going to be a Tesco?

Did I ever mention that I was in Minder?

Got a newt collection?

Good luck them, they’ve managed the Borough change, are potentially moving a mile or two, so not too far.

If this works, this will be massive for the club.

'...high level operational guidance from FIFA and UEFA'. Is that how to seal brown envelopes?

The land opposite which was the master brewer is for sale at a bargain price of £25m

How many naming rights can we flog to buy it?

Just stop for a second and let's consider this.

Why and what additional information/guidance did FIFA provide, that UEFA did not, and did W have to pay for FIFA's inputs?

So why weren't UEFA able to provide all the necessary information? Which begs another question: surely the FA should be able to provide W with everything they need?

It's not as if W are going to build something that doesn't comply with UK building regulations, etc. probably cost W a good few quid too.

Tbf we also had plans for a new ground. Even had a nice shiny picture of it.

Good luck to Stones who got majorly shafted when they left Lower Mead.

Getting further and further away from Harrow / Wealdstone though isn’t it. Shame.

Exactly my thoughts when reading the closeness of the new stadium for the fans, err...but their fan base came out of the London Borough of Harrow.

Increasing from capacity from 4000 to 6300.
More than 50%, this is a club with vision and soon ... implementation.

Some would say QPR should do this .... meanwhile back on planet Earth!

That’s making me feel ancient. I can remember it when it was the site of the Golden Lion pub before they demolished it to build the Master Brewer, which has been gone for about fifteen years now. The son of the landlord was a mate of mine at Junior school.

Just looked it up on the map and that's an amazing site for a stadium. Few minutes walk from the tube station and easy access on and off the A40 and even got its own airport next door!

You could easily get a Madjeski-sized stadium (with advertising screens facing the A40) on that plot with car parking, hospitality buildings, nando's, hooters, Maccy D's, maybe even a kids zone too (maybe not next to hooters though), let alone one of 6,300.

But yes, it's a long way from Wealdstone itself. If you went the same distance NNW of Wealdstone you'd be in Watford.
