Taylor Eyes Up More Welsh Caps Wednesday, 22nd Dec 2010 07:53 Neil Taylor has set his sights on a run in the Swans team and more Welsh caps to boot Taylor believes that new Wales manager Gary Speed is the ideal man for the job and suggests that should he get a run in the team at Swansea then more caps will come around almost automatically. He told the Evening Post "I think Gary Speed is an ideal person to be the Wales manager," Taylor told footymatters.com "He's Welsh, young and energetic, and I think he is going to do a decent job. "I'm looking forward to meeting him, but I'm just concentrating on playing well week-in, week-out for Swansea and hopefully that will take care of my international career. "As soon as I heard Swansea were interested in me there was only one club I wanted to play for," he added. "It was a no-brainer of a decision. I was looking to play at a higher standard, and the style of football that Swansea play suits me down to the ground. I wanted to develop into the best player possible, and I believe I can do that here." Photo: Action Images Please report offensive, libellous or inappropriate posts by using the links provided.
