Third Covid Wave 10:36 - Jul 16 with 72482 views | Sadoldgit | Infection and hospital rates climbing rapidly. Death rates projected at 200 per day. Nearly 4m people at serious risk. New information coming out about the problems Covid cause the body if it doesn’t kill you. People laid up for the best part of a year with serious complications. Concern over the AstraZenica vaccine. Is it really wise to lift most of the restrictions on Monday? We have been told that we aren’t going back into another lockdown situation no matter what, but Whitty seems to think it might have to be on the cards. [Post edited 18 Jul 2021 9:29]

Third Covid Wave on 15:36 - Oct 22 by DorsetIan | The statistics don't support anything you say. Either you don't have the wit to understand that, or you don't care as long as you are furthering the libertarian cause. I suspect it's a bit of both. |
And now you step into the realms of being completely delusional... Close your eyes petal..you'll be OK.. it doesn't mean you're stupid..just scared and misguided. I do love the fact that now those fully vaccinated that enter hospital or even die will now not be reported in Sweden... something to hide that clearly indicates!! [Post edited 22 Oct 2021 15:48]

Our current statics show that the death rate of those being hospitalised by Covid is now much lower thanks to the vaccines. Doesn’t quite fit your conspiracy agenda though does it?

What conspiracy agenda Sogs?...I just question the approach and handling..the misinformation the media saturation the anomalies in death rates and the distinct lack of questioning of all the elements that don't marry up.. Keir Starmer should have demolished and buried this government's handling of all of this ..as its been chaos and confusion for 20 months... But everyone has just decided to sit back and just accept every last drop of nonsense this government has poured over the country..

This is spot on The apathy in this country is so depressing This government have been running us into the ground for 11 years and then bumbling their way through a pandemic and yet there is no opposition at all Labour need someone to step up and tear the self serving fools apart BoJo and his clowns look set to stumble blindly into another nhs winter disaster because they think it’s not a problem yet……good god Oh and then this from the epitome of out of touch The Commons Leader, Jacob Rees-Mogg, then raised eyebrows when he suggested on Thursday that Tories do not need to wear face coverings in parliament because of a “convivial, fraternal spirit”.

It’s a bit early in the morning for me to wake up, Jelly you crazy conspiracy nut. And when I do I’ve first got to don my hazmat suit, fill up 5 Jerry cans and stock up on toilet roll and Malvern spring water before beginning the perilous journey from Dorset to St Mary’s. Keir Starmer does demolish this government on a regular basis. The problem is that either those who voted for Johnson are too embarrassed to admit that were wrong or that they don’t care. The majority of voters in this country vote for other parties so he is mostly preaching to the converted. There was an excellent piece the other day about how many people don’t care that Johnson tells blatant, bare faced lies on an almost daily basis. They don’t care about the details. Johnson has sold them an image of getting our country back, just as Trump did within the Yanks, and large swathes of people lap that stuff up without worrying about minor inconvenient details like the truth. As for spreading misinformation, peddling conspiracy theories on Internet forums would fall into that category wouldn’t it?

Firstly I don’t think you are qualified to speak on behalf of a vast chunk of the population, secondly it would seem you’re very much in the minority along with a privileged bunch of Wokies who think Labour are anywhere near electable with the number of bonkers, and in some cases, nasty, British hating members.

That response has all the characteristics of the current opposition...just hot air..no substance.. no plausibility..no chance of ever ending the wait for another 5yrs in charge. Meanwhile the merry go round of nonsense spins unhindered unchecked unopposed.... There's an awful lot wrong thats not being rigorously scrutinised..no checks, zero balances..just meandering into a lot of orchestrated chaos unhindered. [Post edited 23 Oct 2021 11:29]

Just what this country needs - parents teaching their kids to discriminate against people who have a different point of view to them.....

Not a great thing for any parent to do, mocking of others is very immature and puerile...well unless it's anything to do with the mutants down on Portsea island...thats the one and only exception

Yep, history shows intolerance of minority groups invariably leads to bigotry and sometimes persecution ie racism and anti semitism. This medical apartheid against the so called anti vaxxers is just the latest. Was hoping our kids would avoid some of the mistakes of the past, but if their parents are teaching them prejudice then what chance do we have? And yes of course there is always the Pompey caveat

F@ck me, they’re standing in the road like utter b3llends, expecting people to ‚hoot if you agree‘ with the misinformation and fear that they’re trying to spread. B0ll0cks to that. They/you are all nutters. Just like the cnt that shouted ‚don’t take the poison’ at me from his car window‘ as I was coming out of the health centre after my first jab.

Third Covid Wave on 10:34 - Oct 24 with 836 views | Sadoldgit | Here’s a thought. We are currently losing the equivalent of a plane crash every day in this country to covid. If that was the case and a plane was crashing every day, would the anti vaxxers and Covid deniers think twice about flying and be demanding that the Government take serious action to deal with the situation? This isn’t cancer we are talking about. This is something that can be avoided and the spread mitigated by taking appropriate precautions.
