Another Jack legend also passed away yesterday.
Sean, who always travelled with the Red Lion crowd, passed away yesterday.
Not sure on his age but seemed way too young to me.
A proper fan by any measure as well as a real gent.
He will be missed by any and all that knew him.
Condolences to all his family and friends.

I am absolutely gutted, me and the eldest didn't know him for long but he made an impression on us both, I think my eldest is as fervent for the swans as his is because of Sean and others I've met since starting taking him.

I definitely second all that.
One thing that struck me was he always shook the hands of the stewards at away games.
Small thing but the mark of a true gent
Last saw him in the Burnley Cricket Club which was kind enough to host us away fans.
A couple of young scallies started misbehaving.
Sean told them firmly that this was their gaff ( Burnley's) and to respect their hospitality.

Travelled with the Red Lion Bus with Sean for the last 8 or 9 years after he took on the organising after Carl, along with Rob. Only do about 6-8 aways a year, but always had a great welcome off him and am so glad I had the chance to speak to him in The Riverside before the Burnley game and on the phone Thursday to confirm my seat for QPR.
