As Gwyn politely suggested, maybe you should take a step back and realise you are talking with an industry expert, where as you aren’t even in a position to grasp the basic concept of value yet.

The derivatives (handicaps) are driven by the match price, meaning if the match price is value - so are the derivatives. Them being moderately odds on (not massive as you mistakenly claimed) is completely irrelevant.

5-3 up serving for the first set. 5-4* with a set point. It’s extremely unfortunate she didn’t win that first set and it showed the value in spades.
