Swansea City v Brentford
Kick off 3pm.
Wembley Stadium
EFL Championship Final

Saturday May 29th 2021

Match Officials

Chris Kavanagh is the referee chosen to officiate the EFL Championship final at Wembley.
Kavanagh will be assisted by Sian Massey-Ellis and Dan Cook. David Coote is the fourth official and Neil Davies the reserve assistant referee.

From the streets of NL.
Due to unforeseen circumstances this week the participation in this thread by the usual contributor has been lacking. It’s nothing more than being a lazy bad lad with more excuses than John Hollins.

Here it is.

To the tune of frigging in the rigging !

It was on the good ship Franky
Whose attitude is cranky
He’s got long hair and a mental stare
But he loves a right hand shandy

Their striker is called Toney
But he ain’t no Wilfried Bony
When Guehi gets ahold of him
He will disappear quite quickly

Winning in the play offs
Winning in the play offs
Winning in the play offs
It’s an easy thing to do.

When Brentford came to Swansea
They stopped for some post match bonding
Five grandads and a couple of kids
Booted them all the way to Tonypandy

Ok, let’s give them the BOLLOX !

Their away support is a pity
It’s laughable and shitty
Small time is too big for them
Cos WE ARE Swansea City !

Oh dear 🤪😂

Ticket scandal.

Dreadful coaching - who coached Fulton to make that tackle?

Did you actually watch the replay?

Can't blame cooper for that

Absolute tw@t

Not a great challenge & can see why the ref saw it as a red but replay shows slip & appeared to get stud caught up in other players sock (not to mention standard player over reaction).

I will be taking the sound advice of Mr Groo. This site was more constructive when you were banned. You try to wind people up, without debating or discussing constructively, it’s like old policing methods. Fortunately they have moved on.

Do it mate, you won't regret it.

100% accident, he was unlucky

Yes I agree it was an accident.

Still, he's lucky to be on the pitch after an awful knee-high challenge in the first half which went unpunished. He's been overly aggressive all match.

Thought that was a crazy tackle when going nowhere, then seeing the replay it was a total accident, not even a tackle at all.

Very unfortunate.

Absolutely agree it was a complete accident when sprinting for a ball.

I’ve taken your advice ref posters on ignore.

It's funny when you look forward to something and it quickly goes rancid.

Brentford have been building up to the Prem and have money behind them and a manager who has something about him.He might be detested BUT.

We were like that 10 years ago

Never a red card in a million years. Quite obviously a complete accident.

Ref couldn't get the red card out quick enough, Fulton slipped at the same time catching their players heel, unfortunate, but can see why Red was shown.

Blaine.
It has simply drawn out this season of pain.
We've been horrendous to watch but omehow got in a very strong position to go up automatically.Cooper's mismanagement of player and tactic have screwed us.

Im afraid all the hate speech shown by certain posters simple evidences their pain. They show it by attacking other posters who point out the facts as they really are unpleaant though they are .

I pray Cooper goes tonight and our esteemed owners find some nous to get us back our pride.

I feel seething with a sickening rage and dont want to get banned by kEITH for hate speech

Yeh frustrating isn’t it, still not worked their keeper - that’s something we need to fix for next season.

This....... bring back wingers , and passing the ball forwards would be a start.

Keep it at 2-0 or better with 10 men and it wouldn’t be a humiliation. We’ve been second best all day. Just need to put our hands up and accept it.

Even passing the ball sideways would be an improvement. There's no attempt to retain possession. Just hoof it forward and win a set piece.

We've already seen one poster attempt to use your private and personal life as an attempt to attack you because they disagreed with your opinion on a football match.

Keith will be busy this evening I fear.

Genuinely more p*ssed off about losing to this shower than not going up. Couple of moments of madness have cost us dearly.

Have they had a shot on target bar their goals?
