This is the very definition of a completely meaningless game - we'll never have a more meaningless one - so if we can't experiment here without any pressure at all then we never will. And from a cynical point of view, the management want a realistic target to aim for next season, and while 56 points will be very difficult to match 59 points will be even bloody harder. If we finished on 58 points some people on this board will be in meltdown in May 2016

Still a half decent side that. Like you say, good pacey attack with Emnes in his best role by the looks of it behind the striker. Leon and Jack will be sound. Bartley can have a mistake in him, as can jaz. But then they can both play very well at times. A second string side, but strong one. No experienced quality on the bench though if we need to chase the game. |  | | |
