Just noticed one of the floodlights on. Had a quick peek and Phill and co are putting down some blue plastic covers. Looks like rain dear. Looks like it's gonna be game on. If they had already decided to call it off, I wouldn't be there on a Friday night putting covers on, would you? [Post edited 1 Jan 1970 1:00]

T'other week I, somehow, managed to post the same topic 5 times on this very board. Now my emails are goosed. I was Christmas shopping yesterday on the internet. Checks one of my emails, on my phone, from amazon and it says thank you for subscribing to Dale World. Cue what the fook, cheeky bar stewards etc etc. Now, when I check my emails on the computer it refers to my original order. I have found the original Dale world email from the club in 2007. Why does my phone show it as being received from amazon yesterday? Could it be my hairy palmed endeavours that have contributed to my phones strange behaviour? I've tried turning it off and on again, but that's where my technical knowledge ends.
How can it show an amalgamation of 2 separate emails?

The lights are on, I can hear someone chatting over the PA, there are some balloons in front of the willbutts & the stewards are out and about. Oh and I saw a coach arriving when I went to the chippy.

Can anyone tell me the other names of the Burns Tavern on Norden Road. Namely before they knocked it down to build the flats. It's really doing my head in now, I remeber it looking all Mediterranean inside with tiled floors and terracotta pots.
I'll be struggling to sleep tonight as it is, I don't want something else keeping me awake

Thinking of goin away for a week, but my passport runs out at the end of July. Does anyone know which countries I can travel to right up to the expiry date. Thinking of Spain. I know some countries you need 6months left, some 3 etc etc. Checked on the passport site and the cheeky bleeders ask you to ring them at £1.50 a minute. |
