I purchased tickets yesterday for away game 29/12 at Norwich. Received email confirmation, but no allocation of area, row / seats. Does anyone know if another email should follow with e-tickets or how I can get them please? I emailed box office yesterday & have been on hold to box office on telephone for 40mins getting no further forward in the Que. many thanks in advance
