They Played at Loftus Rd. 20:45 - May 30 with 2367 viewsBoston

Most know, some, including myself, wandered down for a looksee, have a gawk at Yes in 1975. But, recently discovered (read this morning), that a group called the Midnites appeared during the 66 / 67 season. A local band apparently, anyone there, ever see 'em, have some vinyl? Bet they were Mods.

I worked for a band called Buddy Curtess and The Grasshoppers who played on the hallowed turf as part of the 'We change the world' event - around 1987/88?

Yes I know the Curtis brothers. Paul (although not in the band) is still a massive fan living in NYC. He comes over early in the season. I’m on FB with him.

Steve Marriott played with a band (I’m guessing at HT - could be wrong - before my time) a mid-season friendly v Hibs circa 1964

I’ve got the programme somewhere (he’s mentioned in it) but finding it would involve major excavations.

Steve Marriott’s Moments.

There’s an article about it on the Indy R’s website.
