"...but you’ll remember Marc Nygard’s ridiculous volley at Leicester, Dexter Blackstock’s 30-yard scorcher at home to Preston, and Paul Furlong’s last gasp diving header to relegate Luton on Easter Monday."

Yes. All three. So, so vividly.

Poll: Best hug a stranger / fall down five rows / 'limbs' late goals this season

The Norwich New Years Day one was that the one when Joey Barton got himself sent off at 1-0 up and we went on to lose, Bradley Johnson then went to the darts and took the piss out of him afterwards. Think it was Warnocks last home game

Thanks Clive - Yes a few good memories in there that you have called back of the archives - I particularly remember the great Paul Furlongs goal at home to Luton to send them down and keep us up.

Onto Sunday - Unfortunately due to work commitments I will miss the game. It seems to me every time we have an opportunity to make some meaningful ground on those above us we find a way to lose. Can this rabble find a way to buck the trend........ I'm not so sure.

All we can do is continue to get behind the team and hope this really is a turning point.

The fans have been magnificent this season so please continue sing loud and....Come on you R'rrs

Loving Honest Uncle Mick's Interview, Clive -thanks for posting.
Worth reading just for the entertainment value. So sad the poor love is having a hard time of it, none of it deserved of course

That is some chart from QPR analytics. I saw nearly all the home games in that period and obviously knew how much worse the results and performances had become. But it is really stark seeing it represented like that.

Your powers of recall are, as always, stupendous Clive. So is your choice of the high points we can all remember, but maybe that's because there's usually a distinct shortage of those each season.

Great as always.

You don't get relegation 6 pointers in Jan really though. In the Prem we played Wigan at home in Jan and won, a few weeks later went to Blackburn and Bolton and lost them both.
Bolton and Blackburn went down and us and Wigan stayed up

That being said, would probably be better to not be staying up because by some freak we are 2-1 up away to an Oil State's play thing with 2 minutes to go

Crazy to think what we experienced over the past 27 years since Trevs bicycle kick compared to what fans had experienced during the preceding 27 years! Ah, the life, times and fortunes of QPR.
