I'd be surprised if it wasn't available there. I think the 'packages are not available in your country' message is showing for everyone at the moment until they start allowing folks to sign up for the season.

I asked a few weeks back and the response I got about the packages being listed was "The new pass will be available normally a month before the beginning of the season." so it should be anytime now I guess.

I was surprised that I follow seems to be available, I thought it was for league clubs. They took £45 instead of the £100+ from last season so I assume it will be audio only rather than video.
