It used to be used quite a lot along the southern counties when I was a lad (it was a frequently used part of my vocabulary, not used now for decades). I would think I haven't heard is spoken anywhere in the past 5 or 6 years (if not longer), and only seen it referenced on here. Village and town variations in accent have long disappeared too.
