Watching the Cameroon Burkina Faso game and it reminds me of how the World Cup used to be, you might know one or two players but the rest are a mystery. Some real good players on show you’ve never heard of plus proper fouls. Burkina Faso look decent. And Technicolor kits.

Looking forward to watching it - seeing Chair and Taarabt ripping it up for Morocco would be a great QPR moment, plus looks like Seny might get a game for Senegal. No idea who might win though

Enjoyed the first couple of games, was chatting with mates earlier about this and agreeing a lot of the fun is that there is such an amount of mystery to it combined with a few world class players that it makes it fascinating. Plus with some games in the day and the fact I'm still WFH, I'm going all in on it. Seny and Chair tomorrow.

Not sure about the VAR so far though.

But back to today’s game, also throw in some dodgy refereeing. How the ref did not give the pen for Cameroon without being referred to viewing it on VAR?

Good point I’ve changed it!

So Adel isn’t in the Moroccan squad and Seny doesn’t play for Sierra Leone but apart from that game on 😉

You might be right, Terry. I'm certainly no expert. Dieng has played one game for Senegal in the past and been in the squad for some time so I've just assumed he'd be in today.
