I look back at myself and It was a routine, straight after training I would go to the casino.
I told myself I was bored, there’s nothing else to do! And I was so narrow minded and only thought about myself that I ended up not just losing money but losing the people closest to me.
I felt that I could never stop, I was in it so deep that my mind would always be thinking about it.
Don’t make it be too late! Become more conscious of what your doing and why your doing it.
