This tournament is a shop window for them both. Let's hope there'll be clubs queuing up for them.

We shouldn't all be tarred with the same brush you know!

Noticed both scored tonight...never liked either of them....found them..and their agent...grasping individuals...with an African elitist mentality that suggested they were superior to their fellow men...seemed privileged...and arrogant with it...

It's a double edged sword really. They could do well and enhance their value or they could get crocked and we are stuck with them on the wage bill. Hopefully the first scenario will happen 😀

'elitist mentality that suggested they were superior to their fellow men...seemed privileged...and arrogant with it...' How very dare they. Did they attend a public school in England?

but TBF both arrogant in the extreme.

The good news for us is the both scored and both were rated highly (WhoScored range them 2nd and 3rd best players (only Poté of Benin out performing them with both Benin goals).

While I’m not thrilled these 2are on our books let’s have a dose of reality.

Andre was first signed on a free, had a great season, worked hard and earned a move away which made the club a stack of cash, Huw fooled up by re signing him on stupid money when the club was struggling already with awful signings, a loan was the answer but Huw rooked t right up, not really Andres. Fault .

Jordan was signed for a modest fee on a decent wage, he did well enough n a struggling team, and contributed to our cause scoring vital goals, his only problem was getting sent off at a critical time of the season when returning he lost his momentum and we went down, by this time relegation was a harsh reality and had been for the previous 2/3 seasons so why the fook wasn’t relegation clauses inserted into their contracts? Maybe there were and the yanks have not disclosed this ?

Anyway, We all know they are decent players, Ayew 2.0 signing was a scandal in terms of the financial risk involved and should only have been a loan, Jordans signing was decent enough but all contracts should have had heavy relegation clauses inserted plain and simple.

Awful running of our football club , which is probably going to ruin us.

Both international premiership players.
Risky contracts but clearly they earned good terms.
Andre in particular could change a game.

Watched Ghana and Benin yesterday, decent watch. AFCON like methadone when the season isn't on. 2-2. Ayew finishes were fantastic after some sloppy defending. I'm trying to watch more Copa America as I'm reading Johnathan Wilsons' 'Angels with Dirty Faces.' Anyone else on here read Wilson? Fantastic books.

If they get crocked on international duty their FA pays.

OK I've changed it.

If we can’t get buyers I’d make them earn their money and play them both. They’d make a difference.

Not a positive influence behind the scenes.
It isn't just the money the club is looking at.

It is in this case. Their wages are the only consideration. It’s not as if the club would want to keep them on if they were good lads.
