And a classic from one of our current politicians, or better from the 'Oils. This one "sort of" gets in as the album was released in Feb 1990 even though it was recorded in 1989
and from another great Aussie band..

I love it! Alice in Chains, Sepultura, Prodigy (when they were good). Even some classic Asian Dub Foundation! This thread is DOPE AS SHIT.
SUICIDAL FOR LIFE!
AIC's best song. This was the first thing I heard by them and I went f**king nuts for it. Saw them live twice when Layne was still alive.
The mighty Everclear. They can be a bit formulaic but I love them. Especially this one.
Classic Wu Tang. The best.
Carcass. The best death metal band ever. From their best album too. I had a solid two years where I didn't shut up about this album.
Curve. The UK doesn't make music nearly this good anymore.
NEDS!

SEASONS IN THE golden 70's SUN did you say, wpg? (ear aid not working)
"We had joy,we had fun,we had Chelsea on the run, but the fun didn't last 'cos the coppers were too fast."
Alright I'll do some 90's:
Tribute to London's top team a sparkling 5th in 1992-1993 (1)Stejskal (2) Bardsley (3) Wilson (4) Wilkins (Captain) (5) McDonald (6) Peacock (7) Sinton (8) Barker or Holloway (9) Sir Les (10) Penrice or Bradley Allen (11) Sinton
IF I RULED THE R'S ++++++++++++++++
You know how well Bards and Willow the attacking full-backs linked up so well with the wide men who willingly hard-workingly tracked back Imps and Sinton? This is what I'd most like to see fixed with the current misfiring two-bob mob.
James Perch and Paul Konchesky should be forced to room together with Matty Phillips and Tjaronn Chery (or if he's in the hole, whoever's the other wide man) and tied with elastic rope, rugby training style, together with Perch and Konchesky repeatedly forced to practise again and again over-lapping the winger and putting in decent whipped in wih floaty pace beating the first man, back poster crosses.
If in a month they're still just as piss as they are now,get rid permanently exile them to the under 21's and bring back Darnell Furlong and buy back on loan(is it poss?) Michael Harriman and do the same treatment to them, picking them come what may, even if they struggle, till the end of the season. For the love of Arthur Longbottom's firm posterior when oh when is the date Yun Suk Young is due to be fit FFS?

Er, no, Peter Garrett quit Parliament at the 2013 election because of the treatment of Julia Gillard (good on 'im!).
I'm like you, Scotty, the nineties weren't particularly big for me. But, in keeping with ozranger, here's a couple by a pair of cracker aussie sisters...
Wow, great theme and some corkers on here. Have you had my CD collection under surveillance?
Saw this lot live twice in the 90s, once in a sports hall in Milton Keynes. Very rock and roll. The band rose to the occasion and were not put off by the shuttlecocks trapped in the light fittings and the cricket nets bunched up in the corner.
On a different note, I loved this lot and saw them at Brixton Academy. I still occasionally wear the Bitches Brew T-shirt I bought there.

Tally, why not Mouth For War? Walk is the weakest track on the album. It just goes nowhere and Darrell's solo just feels out of place. I bought it on CD single back in the day as soon as it came out. Luckily it had two really good remixes on the back of F'ing Hostile and By Demons Be Driven.
