Thought Tremmel was excellent .The penalty stop may have seemed simple,but credit to Tremmel for not moving till the ball was kicked, which many goalkeepers probably would have done.His catching from corners and centres was excellent, and he punched well when it was needed.

Vorm s positioning has been suspect as to me is his desire.
Tremmell is less spectacular but more solid .
He s less spectacular cos his positioning is better.
For me Vorm has been nowhere near what he was and Tremmell should be tried as number 1. He wont though | |

I actually think Tremmel has been the better since Vorms injury vs man city. Vorm hasn't been quite the same since but still a world class keeper. Tremmel just deals with crosses better, and is more physically commanding. |  | | |

I'm not so sure the penalty save was quite as simple as a couple have said. A lot of keepers would have been sent the wrong way by the jink, but GT telegraphed the direction and so made the save look easy. | | | |
