16.06.03 - 6.02am - Leon Britton is up early practicing his cycling. As he rides round the garden (with the stablisiers) he wonders why Big Jack Brother has put sleeping policemen in the garden. It is only the fourth lap that he realises he keeps running over John Williams.

16.06.03 - 8.31am - James Thomas comes to the diary room. He claims that he is suffering from being in the house and does not know how much longer he can stand it. He is worried that his fitness will suffer if he ends up watching John Williams much longer and that his shooting accuracy will suffer from spending time with Steve Watkin. On the plus side though he can now speak fluent Russian and believes that all internet sites should be pay as you go. Oh, and he now puts blue rinse in his hair. Big Jack Brother worries for his sanity.

16.06.03 - 10.14am - Peter Owen makes the group a breakfast of 'Exclusive' Bacon and Eggs. Nick asks why they are exclusive when they have had the same thing many times before for breakfast. Peter advises that it is because Swansea City On-Line talked to the eggs before they were fried and that the pig has met Brian Flynn for talks before being slaughtered. Looks like time to worry for someone else's sanity.

16.06.03 - 11.53am - It's Steve Watkin's turn to show Leon Britton how to ride the bike. He misses on his first attempt to get on the bike and on the second he grinds to a halt as soon as he has gone ten yards and proceeds to cycle backwards.

16.06.03 - 2.09pm - Leon Britton has just cycled twenty yards without stabilisers before falling off. Unfortunately he has grazed his knee quite badly and wants a plaster to put on it. Myra reaches for the elastaplast but has to come to the diary room as Leon wants a plaster with a picture of Postman Pat on it.

16.06.03 - 4.37pm - John Williams is on the bike. He manages to cycle from the chicken coop to the pool without stopping for a rest but that is enough for him. To increase his sense of reality, Nick Rees holds up his number to call him off. John wonders why no-one is booing as he leaves.

16.06.03 - 5.24pm - Jason Smith reveals that he has contemplated trying to escape from the house. He says that his plan was to climb up onto the roof of the building and then make good his escape over the fence. He also adds that the only thing that stopped him getting out was the fact that he pulled a calf muscle looking at how he could get onto the roof.

16.06.03 - 7.05pm - The group are wondering what the three departed housemates are up to at the moment. They decide that Reeco is probably rallying round the other two to come out for a curry whilst Leighton James is no doubt telling anyone who will listen how he was the best person in the house. John Hollins causes some debate but in the end that he agree that he is probably standing just outside the BJB House wondering whether he should really leave or not.

16.06.03 - 9.41pm - Leon Britton is singing songs for the group. He starts with a wonderful rendition of 'insy winsy spider' before moving onto 'London Bridge is falling down' (Jason Smith panics that it will land on him) and ending with an encore performance of 'Humpty Dumpty' - John Williams thinks that it was nice of Leon to sing a song about Leigh Dineen.

16.06.03 - 11.57pm - It's bedtime in the house and Leon Britton has lost a tooth. He says that it has been loose for some time. He places it carefully under his pillow and the housemates wonder where they will get money from to make it look as if the tooth fairy has been. Peter Owen comes up with the nearest thing he can find which is a free months subscription to Swans World.
