I nearly choked on my porridge and grapes reading that.
Grapes and porridge actually is quite high in carbohydrates and can contribute to high triglycerides. Best to go for berries which do not convert to readily to sugars. I recommend blueberries or Strawberries.
Jenkins was the touch bearer of the sacred Swansea possession based way and the open attacking football. The question I am asking is who is brave enough and intellegent enough strong enough and hardworking enough to pick up that discarded holy torch and run with it.?
That shrewd operator Mr Birch found the torch in his office. He was a wise sage and put it a safe place. He then handed it to Curtis. He told him he was too old to carry the sacred torch. Birch then gave it to Leon. Leon opted out of the holy mission for personal reasons. Cooper goes about his way and gives a nod of respect to the holy torch but no more than that.
I say arise good Knight "Sir Wayne Routlegde of Croydon" and take the holy Excalabur aloft and fight for Swansea and the Swansea way against the evil pagan empire of the English urban Barbarians like once we did in the glory days in the recent past. The legacy must continue by those disciples that witnessed the miracle years. You are blessed my son by the hand of Saint Brendan of Ulster.
