Richard Montague was registered as a director of Notts County Football Club LTD on 26th July 2019 the same date as the Reedtz brothers. Surely if he is moving to us Notts County will have to notify Companies House, can you be a director of two different clubs or even be a director of one and work for another? Possibly questions to be asked at the fans forum. Keep applying the pressure Keith.
Edit. The answer to my two questions.
No you cannot be a director of two EFL clubs at the same time.
Being a director of one EFL club and working for another would be classed as conflict of interest and investigated by the EFL.

He is coming as a Head of football and not necessarily as a director. Directors are often shareholder and have duties for the whole company as well as they own specific role.
There may be FA rules that ban directors of one club working for another club.
We have all read out the business elite having numerous directorships in FTSE companies. It is notionally skill sharing but probably more networking mechanism.
